edit

CABT, also known as Cognitive Affective Behavioral Therapy, is the therapeutic premise that identifies and incorporates our affective or emotional needs, and their influence on our thoughts and actions, for optimal human experience functioning. In other words, the CABT perspective advocates a therapeutic methodology that incorporates all components of the tripartite paradigm as forms of effective change in order to achieve personal, interpersonal, social, and global peace.
