E.R. Báez
E.R. Báez is an American Lawyer and Pastor. He was born in Ponce, Puerto Rico where he joined the United States Army in 1989. After serving for thirteen years, and becoming a Drill Sergeant as a Sergeant First Class, and a Critical Care Nurse, he decided to become a lawyer because of an incident in the ICU, where a doctor asked Mr. Báez to remove his patient from the ventilator, and Mr. Báez refused. He went to Law School at Thurgood Marshall School of Law and has been helping others since.
He formed the ministry ImPerfect Ministries after many of his clients would tell him that, they did not have a place to worship where they would not be judged. He obtained his Master of Divinity from Liberty University, and is currently working on a Doctor of Philosophy from the same university. He also serves as an associate pastor at Mighty Fortress Christian Fellowship in San Antonio, Texas. Pastor E.R. Báez has written three Christian books: God Will Never Divorce You; The ImPerfect Husband; and The Lack of The Spiritual Father.
Mr. Báez is married to his best friend for twenty years Carrie Baez, RN, BSN, who is currently working on her DNP. They have four children, all girls, and one grandson. Mr. and Mrs. Báez are co-founders of ImPerfect Ministries. Mr. Báez enjoys reading and writing books and is currently working on his first scholarly book entitled, There is Nothing Holy About a ghost. This book will be published once his PhD has been granted to him. Theology has been an influential aspect of his life, and he hopes to share his theological views with as many people as he can; both professionally and personally. Mr. Báez dissertation will be a reflection of his conviction to the infallibility that he attributes to the Word of God.
