Fundacion Organizacion Carnaval Nacional de Carnavales Colombian Division S.A. was created to safeguard the Intangible Culture Heritage worlwide. FOCNC-FCCF is a model estructure for more than 80 countries from all over the world to demostrate and create more opportunities around Carnivals, Festival and Fairs from an emergent country.
