Ohsawa bread 2017-08

These are a few photos with Ohsawa bread I cooked in August 2017. The bread was cooked 20 min in an electric oven at 200 degrees Celsius. Depending on how thick the slices are and on your oven, the bread can inflate, featuring that "lens" and "pillow" effect. Notice the small round slices didn't inflate - because they are less thick than the bigger ones.
