I usually assist the WikiMedia Commons by uploading some of my photography and adding it to appropriate articles. Occasionally I update the licensing for a photo or two that I've taken (most are under Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike licensing) to something that's a little more Wikipedia-friendly and upload/add them to appropriate articles.

I have my personal site, as well as an online travel journal I post in when I'm out visiting new places - I started work on a wiki of my own there where I'm trying to keep a sort of mini-travelguide online for my own future reference, but I need to do some more work on the articles there before I get it up and running again. If I had my way, I'd just travel around and take photographs of different places. It'd be nice to be paid to roam around like that, I think.
