This user is at present inactive up to further.
I'm not wasting any more time on this project. There are people reorganizing categories without having a clue and just following rules from en:WP. This is ridiculous and i dont want to spend any more work because im unsure when the next fool will do a recategorization for the same reason: following the rules of some people elsewhere in the world without discussing it in commons.
