As a photographer Jeffrey Wolk possesses unique knowledge of print processing obtained working in the printing industry. His expertise in this area combined with his knowledge of photography enables him to offer commercial and fine art photography and specialized prepress work for printing.

An award winning photographer with more than 22 years of experience, Mr. Wolk’s clients have included National Geographic, Proctor & Gamble, and Pumpernickel Press. He works with both film and digital images and does fine art as well as commercial photography.

During his years in the printing industry, Jeffrey honed his skills in Silhouetting, Image Editing, Color Correction, and Color Management. He began to develop his post processing knowledge 20 years ago working in the earliest generations of Photoshop. He continues to fine tune images in the most recent versions of this processing program. His talent in this photoprocessing program has earned him two “Editor’s Image of the Week Award” from the National Association of Photoshop Professionals.

A member of Baltimore Camera Club, the country’s oldest country club established in 1884, he has won numerous First Place awards in the organization’s contests. He has also been honored with its “Best Digital Image of the Year Award.

Founded in 2009 WOLK IMAGING serves as one of the few, if only, commercial businesses that provides both photography and prepress work. This combination gives its clients the opportunity to more easily manage projects to meet deadlines on an affordable budget.

In addition to his commercial photography and processing work, Jeffrey teaches photography at the Community College of Baltimore County and at workshops as well as one-on-on instruction.
