Jennifer Bryant Singer Songwriter ProducerJennifer Bryant was born into a family of gifted musicians. Growing up in a musical family exposed her to jazz and blues at a young age. Her father who is also known jazz musician and vocalist cultivated her by having her sing songs by Billie Holiday, Aretha Franklin, Sarah Vaughn, and many other female jazz and blues singers. Jennifer sang on the junior choir at her family church. She discovered her gift of songwriting at the age of twelve and continued developing her songwriting skills throughout her childhood and into her adult life. Jennifer Bryant who is multi-talented started dance lessons at the age of eight, was a member of the dance club in Junior High School, and then attended High School as a dance major. Jennifer Bryant began studio work as a background vocalist for other recording artists. She also sang briefly with a local reggae band. Jennifer Bryant began working with local producers by taking empty music tracks and writing songs to them which then led to working with rappers by writing and performing hooks for their songs. Today Jennifer Bryant continues to use her talent as a singer, songwriter, and also produces her own tracks. All of the songs you will hear in this press kit were written, produced and performed by Jennifer Bryant. The angelic three part background harmonies are also written, arranged and performed by Jennifer Bryant. Although Jennifer Bryant is versatile as far as genres of music which include Jazz,Blues,Hip-Hop, Neo-Soul, Dance, etc., She fits comfortably into the Pop/R&B category.
