I mostly edit and comment without logging in and log in only when it is necessary (to add a pic or so).
On the other hand, it is my choice, and I ssomethimes do log in to comment or edit. Meh...
Doing things in a regular fashion is boring and may be dangerous in extraordinary circumstances. So it's best to always be haphazard, ie one step ahead.
