Hello,
Regarding JFET, I can pretty well understand the cut-off when the V(GS)=0 because the channel is blocked by depletion area. but I couldn't understand the maximum current is flowing at the pinch off voltage eventhough the channel is blocked by depletion area. Even though the shape of blocking is different, but still the channel is blocked. I think the current can not flow through the channel in jFET.
Please give a advice to me. Thanks.
