Psicologo,Maestro y Conferencista, es fundador del Centro Educativo del Rey, Centro de Orietacion Familiar (COF), Director y fundador de Bnei Torah Internacional un proyecto que tiene como fin,orientar y educar a aquellos descendientes de judios en el camino de la Torah y Mitzvot. Este proyecto ha fundado ya en diferentes paises, sinagogas debidamente establecidas con el mayor de los contenidos que debe haber en una Sinagoga debidamente establecida :Un Sefer Torah. El Rabino Mizrahi hizo Alyiah a la Tierra de Israel en 1995 y actualmente continua dando conferencias y presentandose ante auditorios con su tema El Regreso de los Anusim a su Judaismo"

Bnei Torah Internacional edit

Una de las principales características actuales de Bnei Torah Internacional es,el trabajo entre personas de origen judio que no tuvieron la oportunidad de crecer en el conocimiento de la Torah,Tradiciones y Costumbres de nuestro pueblo Israel. Este trabajo se ha extendido en diferentes partes de Naciones y ciudades, mayormente entre aquellas de habla judeo-español. Cuenta con la integracion de buena cantidad de Sinagogas que han surgido del trabajo de Rabanim y Gabayim que dan su tiempo incondicional al tabajo y proposito de Bnei Torah Int.
