Samuel Okechukwu, also known as Sam Of Africa, is a photographer and a documentary filmmaker that tells stories of people everywhere. He is also part of a collective of young storytellers in Africa telling stories from urban communities for change and development, while also changing negative narratives often mentioned about communities. The type of stories he tell ranges from forceful evictions, livelihood, climate change, artistic stories and stories of everyday people in general.

He has been involved in so many advocacy media over the years, feature film and short films alike, contributing and collaborating with different bodies in the cause for positive change. Samuel also trains young storytellers on photography and filmmaking to further keep the collective of young storytellers going.
