Bill Flanagan is an American writer and photographer born in 1949. He is a former contributing editor to Soccer America magazine for which he wrote from 1977 through the early 1990s. He also contributed to various other soccer magazines such as Soccer Monthly, the Philadelphia Fury Game Program KICKS and Missile Magazine during this period. Married 2006 to the former Mary McGinty. Currently resident in Palmyra, New Jersey.
