Wikipedia translation of the week: 2022-41
The winner this Translation of the week is
Please be bold and help translate this article! The social movement of Meitei language (officially known as "Manipuri language") to achieve the officially recognised status of the "Classical language of India" is advocated by various literary, political, social associations and organisations as well as notable individual personalities of Bangladesh, Myanmar, Northeast India (prominently Assam, Manipur and Tripura). (Please update the interwiki links on Wikidata of your language version of the article after each week's translation is finished so that all languages are linked to each other.)
--Donald Trung 『徵國單』 (No Fake News 💬) (WikiProject Numismatics 💴) (Articles 📚) 12:47, 10 October 2022 (UTC)
- @Lotje: , zie: "Files should NOT be renamed only to translate the filename to another language and/or because the filename is not correctly capitalized. Remember, Commons is a multilingual project, so there's no reason to favor English over other languages." hier. --Donald Trung 『徵國單』 (No Fake News 💬) (WikiProject Numismatics 💴) (Articles 📚) 12:49, 10 October 2022 (UTC)
:-) Lotje (talk) 13:10, 10 October 2022 (UTC)

Hallo Donald Trung, long time no Wikisee . Zonet voegde ik de Category:Mom Chao Wong Mahip Chayangkun toe, vrij vertaald หม่อมเจ้าวงษ์มหิป ชยางกูร.
--Donald Trung 『徵國單』 (No Fake News 💬) (WikiProject Numismatics 💴) (Articles 📚) 08:17, 21 October 2022 (UTC)
- Lotje (talk) 15:05, 21 October 2022 (UTC)
--Donald Trung 『徵國單』 (No Fake News 💬) (WikiProject Numismatics 💴) (Articles 📚) 16:20, 21 October 2022 (UTC)
--Donald Trung 『徵國單』 (No Fake News 💬) (WikiProject Numismatics 💴) (Articles 📚) 16:20, 21 October 2022 (UTC)
-
Op Google Android is het zichtbaar.
-
Op Microsoft Windows is het onzichtbaar.
-
--Donald Trung 『徵國單』 (No Fake News 💬) (WikiProject Numismatics 💴) (Articles 📚) 21:15, 21 October 2022 (UTC)
--Donald Trung 『徵國單』 (No Fake News 💬) (WikiProject Numismatics 💴) (Articles 📚) 06:48, 22 October 2022 (UTC)
Fake Xuān Tǒng Tōng Bǎo (宣統通寶) cast cash coin
Hello Donald,
Fortunately, the Xuān Tǒng Tōng Bǎo (宣統通寶) cast cash coin of 1 wén coin in your photo on this image: https://zh.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Late_Qing_Dynasty_coins.jpg is a modern copy. Please see https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces20632.html for a genuine example. Can you change the image on Wikipedia as it is misleading for other users?
With Kind regards,
Joseph Lang Stephen Album Rare Coins Inc. Joseph Lang SARC (talk) 17:36, 23 October 2022 (UTC)
- @Joseph Lang SARC: , I've added it, feel free to upload images of your coins here so we have more images of genuine coins to use on Wikipedia. --Donald Trung 『徵國單』 (No Fake News 💬) (WikiProject Numismatics 💴) (Articles 📚) 18:26, 23 October 2022 (UTC) .
- If I will not receive any further replies to this conversation I will archive it. It is such a shame that you didn't upload any valuable images of genuine cash coins after registering an account at the Wikimedia Commons as images of cash coins are still needed because so many variants are missing. --Donald Trung 『徵國單』 (No Fake News 💬) (WikiProject Numismatics 💴) (Articles 📚) 22:45, 25 October 2022 (UTC)
