There is no reason to think this is a portrait of Madeleine. It is the portrait of an unknown lady by Jean Perréal at the Uffizi Gallery in Florence.
- Umm... I guess you're talking about that Madeleine de La Tour d'Auvergne purpoted portrait. First, a little explain would have been welcomed, as your message seems to me a bit crude and is left unsigned (would you be the person mentioned here out of curiosity ?). Please know that if you think this portrait is wrongly labelled, you can follow the procedure to take it down, or at least reidentify it by naming your source(s). This should help you. Know that this portrait was already present in black and white on Commons before I upload this colored version. I think what happened is that back then, in 2009, the painting was identified as Madeleine de La Tour d'Auvergne's, but isn't anymore. So don't be rude.
