Hello and welcome to Wikimedia Commons. The images you tagged as "copyright violations" were under a Creative Commons - Attribution license on flickr when they were uploaded. Although Flickr allows its user to change the license afterwards, CC license are non-revocable. If a file is marked as "reviewed", it means someone other than the uploader checked that the license was indeed free at the time. As a consequence, these files are not copyright violations.
