Olá, você tinha deixado uma mensagem para um administrador que não entende a língua portuguesa. Desculpe, mas imagens para divulgação não são imagens de uso livre. Elas foram feitas com o intuito de servir para fazer publicidade de alguma coisa. A política do Commons exige imagens em licenças mais amplas, que se possa fazer tudo com a imagem, inclusive trabalhos derivados (montagens, caricaturas etc) e re-utilizar a imagem e suas derivações para qualquer fim, inclusive para fins comerciais e de lucro. Ou seja, ela infelizmente é incompatível com a política do Commons. Veja mais em Commons:Licenciamento e, em caso de dúvidas, me envie uma mensagem. Boas contribuições. É uma interpretação bastante comum sobre as imagens de divulgação. Mas, infelizmente, ela é incorreta. Vou tentar te explicar o porque dela ser incorreta e depois te sugerir como fazer para conseguir uma imagem realmente livre.

Geralmente as empresas contratam agências publicitárias para ajudar a divulgar algo. Essas agências geralmente são formadas por equipes de profissionais de vários ramos, que pesquisam a melhor forma de tentar fazer com que veja o anúncio tenha vontade de consumir algum produto. Isso envolve vários dias de trabalho, e quantia monetária relativamente elevada. Dificilmente tais equipes liberariam seus materiais para qualquer fim, inclusive com o fim de a agência contratada pela concorrência usar seus materiais... Sem dúvida seria excelente se a sua interpretação estivesse correta, mas não está :(

Existe, no entanto, a possibilidade de perguntar para o detentor de copyright desses materiais se ele autorizaria o uso dos mesmos no Commons, exatamente para os casos que seria difícil alguém produzir novamente algo. Dê uma lida em Commons:OTRS/pt para tentar proceder de tal forma, perguntando tanto para quem originalmente fotografou a imagem que você carregou, quanto para outros casos ou outras imagens. Se eles não autorizarem, procure outras alternativas. Pode parecer ser trabalhoso, mas pense que seu esforço valeria a pena: as mídias carregadas no Commons podem ser usadas por qualquer uma das mais de 200 versões linguísticas da Wikipédia e por ainda vários outros projetos da Wikimedia (Wikcionário, Wikilivros, Wikisource etc).

Na verdade, ao obter a autorização você deverá encaminhar a mensagem para um endereço de e-mail, que verificará a mesma e colocará uma nota na página de imagem sobre a autorização.
