Thanks for uploading Image:Attack Lebanon 2006.JPG. I notice the image page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you have not created this media yourself then you need to argue that we have the right to use the media on Wikimedia Commons (see copyright tagging below). If you have not created the media yourself then you should also specify where you found it, i.e., in most cases link to the website where you got it, and the terms of use for content from that page.

If the media also doesn't have a copyright tag, then you must also add one. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then you can use {{Cc-by-sa-2.5}} to release it under the Creative Commons or {{PD-self}} to release it into the public domain. See Commons:Copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

Note that any unsourced and untagged images will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have uploaded other media, please check that you have specified their source and copyright tagged them, too. You can find all your uploads using the Gallery tool. Thank you. As noted in the Hebrew version, the image is not for commercial use and thus cannot be uploaded here. Kaveh 23:31, 22 July 2006 (UTC)Reply

So they had changed it. When i had uploadet it was an other licence. So we should delete it. --Japan01 23:33, 22 July 2006 (UTC)Reply
So they had changed it. When i had uploadet it was an other licence. So we should delete it. U can see i had copy the original licence. When u look here u can see I had upload it at 12:14, 16. Jul 2006, in the israelian wiki i had use that one u can find the logfiles of the picture in the history so they change the licence. --Japan01 23:42, 22 July 2006 (UTC)Reply
Thank you for your response. I've reaised this issue with the origianl uploader over at the Hebrew Wikipedia as well. But in anycase, please note that the original description mentions the limit on commercial use of the photo. Kaveh 23:54, 22 July 2006 (UTC)Reply
Ok i thought it was the righzt verrsion i had gave in commons., Could it be that here we can not choose all the licences we have in the different wikipedias? --Japan01 09:42, 23 July 2006 (UTC)Reply
You cannot upload non-commercial or fair use images here. I am not sure why the Hebrew Wikipedia allows the former. Kaveh 04:50, 25 July 2006 (UTC)Reply
Thx for ur help. I have a new question i've found in the bosnian one a new picture its here. They say it no copyrighted like the other pics, but can i upload it here? cause perhaps later someone changed the licence and we can't use it here anymore? --Japan01 06:06, 25 July 2006 (UTC)Reply
Sorry about not replying earlier. I don't think you can use that image either, the source is not mentioned. As long as there is a way to verify the claim that the image is free you'd be ok. Kaveh 02:42, 1 August 2006 (UTC)Reply
