Hello - thank you for providing images to the wikimedia commons. Please keep in mind that images uploaded to the commons should be useful to all users of wikimedia projects - this is possible only if the images can be found by other people. To allow others to find the images you uploaded here, the images should be in some place that can be found by navigating the category structure. This means that you should either place the images on topic pages (galleries), or put the images directly into a category, or do both. Which of those possibilities is preferred is however a matter of debate, see here.

The important point is that the images should be placed in the general structure somewhere. There is a large number of completely unsorted images on the commons right now, see Commons:Really unused. I have deleted this photo that you uploaded. The reason is that the photo comes from The Washington Post. I noticed that Periodista Digital is published under a Creative Commons license but that apparently does not cover the photographs. Estoy cambiando la licencia de las imágenes que has subido desde tales sitios.

Periodista digital tiene una licencia muy confusa. Por una parte, aplica a su sitio una cc-by-2.0 (que no tiene por qué aplicarse, por cierto, a las imágenes, al proceder éstas de agencias y/o de otros sitios webs... ya sabemos cómo se nutre periodista digital de fotografías). Por otra, tiene un aviso legal en el que prohíbe el uso comercial de todo su sitio. Así pues, estoy marcando dichas imágenes como "noncommercial" (aunque, más que probablemente, son "fair use").

ACP es todavía peor: ellos licencian el sitio con una cc-by-sa-1.0 (no cc-by-2.0 como pones tú), pero sólo se refieren a lo que ellos escriben. Porque añaden bien clarito a pie de página: "La Agencia en Construcción Permanente no asume ninguna responsabilidad por el material publicado en este sitio, salvo sobre lo que aparece en la columna central. Toda la responsabilidad para verificar la veracidad y los derechos de reproducción de un envío corresponden al autor que lo publica. Al publicar material en este sitio, el o la autora del envío asume que puede ser redistribuido libremente."

Dado que luego las noticias y las fotos las suben casi siempre anónimos, y a que las casi todas las fotos carecen de origen donde verificar la licencia y aparecen en muchos sitios webs con ©, son (ya allí) "fair use", pero voy a marcar aquí como "unknown" por curarnos en salud (no sea que alguna foto sí fuere original del autor).

Your account will be renamed

Hello,

The developer team at Wikimedia is making some changes to how accounts work, as part of our on-going efforts to provide new and better tools for our users like cross-wiki notifications. These changes will mean you have the same account name everywhere. This will let us give you new features that will help you edit and discuss better, and allow more flexible user permissions for tools. One of the side-effects of this is that user accounts will now have to be unique across all 900 Wikimedia wikis. See the announcement for more information.

Unfortunately, your account clashes with another account also called Luisddm. To make sure that both of you can use all Wikimedia projects in future, we have reserved the name Luisddm~commonswiki that only you will have. If you like it, you don't have to do anything. If you do not like it, you can pick out a different name.

Your account will still work as before, and you will be credited for all your edits made so far, but you will have to use the new account name when you log in.
