Hello Observer, why do you think that both of these photos that you have uploaded to WikiCommons, are in the public domain? The photos were taken in 1945. Therefore you may not expect that their photographers died more than 70 years ago and their copyrights have already expired. Please give also some information about the source where you have taken the photos from. --AlexF 19:54, 26 Feb 2005 (UTC)

The developer team at Wikimedia is making some changes to how accounts work, as part of our on-going efforts to provide new and better tools for our users like cross-wiki notifications. If you do not like it, you can pick out a different name.
Your account will still work as before, and you will be credited for all your edits made so far, but you will have to use the new account name when you log in.
