Fair use

You uploaded Image:Pikasso_I.jpg, a fair use image. This is not allowed on commons. Also, can you explainm further that own fotography, where you were allowed by the author? Platonides 14:52, 11 July 2006 (UTC)

O.k., I didn't realize that for the Pikasso.

The Salzau picture was sent to me by a friend with whom I've been there this month. We talked about Wikipedia and that we need a picture of Salzau for the articles Jazz Baltica and Landeskulturzentrum Salzau. He sent me the photo per e-mail and allowed to publish it under GFDL. Here are the original words from the e-mail exchange:

He wrote: "Det fin isch füa WP Artikel Jazz Baltica bessa, kommt wehnixtens n büschn Festivalathmosphäre rüber..."

I wrote: "Jouh, ich mach' das mal rein. Geb Dich als Fotografen an und stell das unter GNU."

Your picture of Plaza Ramón y Cajal in Valverde del Camino (Huelva, Spain) is the very first picture from that town uploaded to Commons. That's a great help. We are trying to get pictures from all municipalities in Spain and there are more than 2,000 still in need of their first picture.
