actualmente usted puso un cuadro donde muestra las velocidad des de america latina ps es falso en el 2013 la velocidad de internet de venezuela se situa en un alsa de 6 megas de cantv por lo que venezuela no esta en ultimo lugar esta por de lante de republica dominicana por favor http://www.cantv.com.ve/seccion.asp?pid=1&sid=1377&id=1&und=1&cat=item_ig&item=item_1&item_name=Planes%20y%20Precios ademas tenemos un alsa de inter de inter cable con un plan de 10 megas gracias

En primer lugar: es difícil entenderte. No pareces hablar mucho español: "des de", "por de lante", "alsa", etc. En segundo lugar: tu referencia es una referencia de CANTV, que no puede ser considerada como una fuente independiente.
