I noticed you've uploaded Image:Officinale2.jpg and I thought I should turn your attention to a common error.
Please give some thought to writing a good description of uploaded images. This ensures that they can be used in more than one way. It also helps those that review and improve categories do a better job, which also ensures that images will get used in novel and interesting ways. Thanks, and happy editing! Hey, If you would like to delete the image because you gave it the wrong name, you can use {{badname}} as I see you've already learned. If you want to upload multiple pictures of the same species, just name them Vincetoxicum officinale 2.jpg, Vincetoxicum officinale 3.jpg, etc. Your English is not a problem but I'd appreciate it if you told me what language you preferred, espanol, Francais, Português, Italiano? Help me so I can help you. Yonatanh 03:18, 9 February 2007 (UTC)Reply

Don't worry about pressing dismiss. Pressing dismiss made the message at the top of the page (that contained a link to Commons:Picture of the Year/2006) disappear. It was just a reminder that you can vote for the picture of the year but you don't have to. Yonatanh 16:50, 9 February 2007 (UTC)Reply

You might also like to read Commons:Babel and add {{user hu}} to your user page so people know you speak Hungarian. Yonatanh 16:57, 9 February 2007 (UTC)Reply

Rename / Badname

edit

please better ask for rename with the tag {{rename|target.jpg|reason=reason according to Commons:File renaming}} instead of reupload. The rename will keep intact the file upload log and the original version history. See File:Heracleum sphondylium Vadassy2.JPG, I renamed the old file over your reupload to preserver the original upload. --Martin H. (talk) 20:07, 10 April 2010 (UTC)Reply

Hello Pipi69e!

I have used a photo of Cerambyx scopolii in my free software educational proyect "Animalandia" (http://animalandia.educa.madrid.org)

You can see directly in the follow link and clic over "Siguiente" ("Next"):

http://animalandia.educa.madrid.org/imagen.php?id=46867

If you wish (and I hope yes), you can send me (via fernando.lison@educa.madrid.org) some letters or/and a photo for your "contributor profile" in Animalandia:

http://animalandia.educa.madrid.org/autor.php?nombre=Pipi69e

I want show to my students (and so everybody) that Animalandia is make for "real person", and I can tell them about "generosity", "share" and other similar words that we use very few at this time...

This is my "contributor profile" and others, for example:

http://animalandia.educa.madrid.org/autor.php?nombre=Fernando%20Lis%F3n%20Mart%EDn

http://animalandia.educa.madrid.org/autor.php?nombre=Carmen%20Jim%E9nez

http://animalandia.educa.madrid.org/autor.php?nombre=David%20P%E9rez

http://animalandia.educa.madrid.org/autor.php?nombre=Steve%20Garvie%20%28Rainbirder%29

In the future, I use more of your photos, I sure!

Thank you for the licence and, of course, for your splendid photos!!

Regards!
