For anyone who may need to know: I corresponded with Radu by email. He is George Ştefănescu's son, handles his father's exhibitions, and is definitely in a position to legitimately give rights on the moderate-quality digital reproductions he has uploaded of his father's work. He's the same person who handles these issues for exhibition catalogues.
