Hallo Matt, danke für den Hinweis. Leider bin ich kaum schlauer als zuvor, habe aber nach wie vor ein ungutes Gefühl dabei. Eine Mail an Hagenbeck habe ich schon im Entwurf-Ordner liegen. Hallo,

es gibt mehrere Probleme mit dem zusätzlichen Kasten.

1. Der Kasten legt ganz spezifische Interpretationen der GFDL nahe und erweckt den Eindruck, dass Du die Benutzung unter dieser und nur dieser Interpretation der GFDL erlauben möchtest. Das kann als zusätzliche Einschränkung der Lizenz auf Deine Interpretation verstanden werden. Bitte tu das nicht. Die Interpretation der GFDL ist Sache der Rechtsprechung, nicht des Autors, und die FSF erlaubt mit gutem Grund die Benutzung der Lizenz nicht, wenn solche zusätzlichen Einschränkungen gemacht werden.
2. Der Kasten fordert als Bedingung "Es wird ein Link auf das Originalfoto gesetzt". Die GFDL enthält aber keine solche Bedingung.
3. Er fordert außerdem für Printmedien: "Als Urheber wird „Torsten Bolten/Wikipedia“ genannt." Du bist aber kein Angestellter der Wikipedia, sondern lediglich ein privater Benutzer von Wikipedia, der Inhalte an veröffentlicht hat, die von der Wikipedia genutzt werden. Insofern ist das wohl eine Markenrechtsverletzung.

Ich schlage vor, Du beschränkst den Kasten auf Kontaktmöglichkeiten und zusätzliche Wünsche (Belegexemplar, Link), bei denen Du ausdrücklich klarstellst, dass sie freiwillig und unabhängig von der Lizenz sind. Dazu scheint mir bei den Punkten, die Du im Kasten nennst, eher die CC-BY oder CC-BY-SA zu passen. --Rtc 15:41, 11 April 2007 (UTC)

Ship IMO Numbers
