Image additions and retentionEdit
I just briefly scanned your recent contributions, and I thank you for all the uploads you have been making, but I do not believe that any of the differently cropped or color balanced of the lower resolution images which exist should be nominated for deletion, as there could be places where these "fit" better than the new higher rez additions you have made. I first noticed your edit of the Wikiquote page for St. Vincent, and found it acceptable, even though I might have a slight preference for the overall look of the original lower rez cropped version, because the differences were not all that major. Then I noticed the nomination of the older image for deletion here, and I don't think that this is necessary, and there are other images where the differences are more significant and the cropped versions might be very strongly preferred by others in some layouts. I don’t have time to address the issue on all the pages right now, but thought I would make this note to you here, before doing some other tasks, and then making any comments later on the nomination pages. Thanks again, for the additions, but I actually don't think the deletions are needed. ~ ♞☤☮♌Kalki·†·⚓⊙☳☶⚡ 02:57, 5 October 2014 (UTC)
