Scope	Nominated as the most valued image on Commons within the scope: Desna (tributary of the Southern Bug)

Reason	Photo in good quality (is QI) and big resolution. Desna is largest tributary of the Southern Bug river in Vinnitsa region. Length of the Desna river is 80 km, basin area 1400 km². Photo used in two articles. Note Desna is the widespread name for the various rivers in Russia and in Ukraine. In ancient Slavic language it means the right tributary. However the modern concept of a direction of an rivers differs from the ancient. Therefore all rivers with such name Desna are a left tributary. -- George Chernilevsky ^talk
