Collapsing all the languages

I have a suggestion to {{Collapse}} the list of languages. The text of template is presented in two line, when the list of languages is presented already in five lines. @Pacha Tchernof: AFAIK, most, if not all, language lists on templates are non-collapsible. Therefore, this change can be considered "breaking change" and not non-controversial. I recommend making this request at larger forums, since template editors cannot decide these kinds of requests all on their own. Decline for now.
