Hello, I have edited / created several articles in Neurobiology. A warning about the sale of old cables in 2017 brought 1100 costs. Offense: Error in the EBay texts. German laws allow these penalties to be paid until Friday on the private account of the lawyer. Every picture, every comment allows warnings. Therefore nothing more. The warning in the current form is wrong:
- Fees on the amount in dispute arbitrarily determined
- Fee is not a fine, but is payable to the account of the warning lawyer
- flying jurisdiction, in opposition, the Abmahner can select the court - little chance in litigation
- everything legally possible. Who makes such laws?
