This user account is a bot operated by Eatcha (talk).
It is not a sock puppet, but rather an automated or semi-automated account for making repetitive edits that would be extremely tedious to do manually.

- Archiving granted/denied user requests at COM:RFR. The bot waits for 12 hours before archiving processed requests.
- On archiving the following properties of an user are saved:
UserName,HasLocalUserPage,EntryDate,IsRightGranted,RequestedRight,EditCount,AccountAge,Gender,CanMail,AllRights,Scores
