はじめまして。私は秋田県、千葉県の写真を中心に投稿している掬茶と言います。そらみみさんにおかれましては、広島県から長崎県にいたるまで、広域の画像を提供していただき、僭越ながら感謝の念を述べる次第です。さて、見出しの件についてですが、ウィキメディア・コモンズでは投稿されたファイルを適切に分類し、他のユーザーが必要な画像を見つけ出し使用しやすくするために、個々のファイルはカテゴリに入れて分類することになっております。したがってファイルを投稿される際には、必ずカテゴリを付けてくださいますよう、ご協力をお願いいたしします。カテゴリについては、Commons:カテゴリを参照していただきたいのですが、一端を述べると、例えば大浦天主堂の場合、Category:Oura Churchがあることから、投稿する際のカテゴリ欄にOura Churchと入力する事になります。カテゴリページが存在しない場合、自分で新たに作成することも可能ですが、各国さまざまな言語のユーザーが使用されることから、カテゴリ名は英語が基本ルールとなります。投稿するファイルに対して、地域と建物の種類などに合わせ、適宜カテゴリを追加して下さい(適切なものが一つないし二つあれば多くの場合それで十分です)。ご理解のほどよろしくお願いいたします。--掬茶 (talk) 19:51, 8 February 2014 (UTC)

Depending on different romanizing ways of Japanese, ん could be n or m before m, b and p. But according to Google and English Wikipedia, “Kanmon” is used more often. So it should be renamed as “Kanmon Railway Tunnel”. I’m so sorry for making this kind of mistake.--そらみみ (talk) 19:23, 21 March 2014 (UTC)

カテゴリ編集について

はじめまして。いつもコモンズに多くのファイルを提供していただきありがとうございます。また、精力的なカテゴリ付けもたいへんお疲れ様です。

今回は、そのカテゴリ編集の件でこちらに伺いました。具体的には以下の 2 件に関してです。

(1) Category:Minamidaitojima を Category:Minamidaito, Okinawa へのリダイレクトにされたことについて、おそらく南大東村の村域が南大東島のみであり、ほとんど同一と見なしてよいとお考えになったのだろうと思いますが、私は両カテゴリは併存できると考えています。Minamidaito, Okinawa は村（自治体）としてのカテゴリ、Minamidaitojima は島（地理的な要素）そのもののカテゴリであると見なせば、前者には村章の画像や村の施設（役場や村立学校など）の写真を含め、後者には島の航空写真や風景写真などを入れる、といった使い分けができます（同様のケースである Category:Yonagunijima と Category:Yonaguni, Okinawa も参考にしてください）。従いまして私としては Minamidaitojima をを独立カテゴリとして復帰したいと思うのですが、そらみみさんはどのようにお考えでしょうか。

(2) Category:Jinryo Rail Yard に Category:Jinryō Station と Category:Kasugai Station (JR Central) の両カテゴリを付けられたことについて、もし神領車両区が両駅の構内扱いとなっているのならそのようなカテゴリ分類は適切だと思いますが、ja:神領車両区を見るかぎり、実際には特にそういうわけではなく、少なくとも形式的には両駅とは独立した施設であるように思えます。ですので、もともと付いていた Category:Kasugai, Aichi を復活させ、両駅のカテゴリは除去するべきではないかと思いますが、いかがでしょうか。

@Yasu: ご意見ありがとうございます。ここにてご質問に回答致します。
(1) これについては実際、島によって状況がまちまちです。例えば Category:Sado, Niigata と Category:Awashimaura, Niigata は存在しますが、 Category:Sado Island は Category:Sado, Niigata へのリダイレクトページで、粟島に至ってはそのページすらありません。他にも Category:Toshima village, Tokyo や Category:Aogashima, Tokyo のような、自治体と島が1つのカテゴリにまとまったケースがあります。あと Category:Okushiri Island についても私が以上の事案と同じ趣旨から Category:Okushiri, Hokkaido へリダイレクトしました。複数の島からなる自治体の場合（Category:Osakikamijima, Hiroshima や Category:Kamijima, Ehime のようなもの）はYasuさんのご意見に賛同しますが、1つの島だけで構成する自治体が2つのカテゴリに分けられた場合、ファイルをどちらのカテゴリに入れるのは個人の判断によるので、はっきりした分け方がない現在では定期的に整理しなければなりません。効率化するために1つのカテゴリにした方がいいと思います。
(2) 神領車両区については確かに私の確認不足です。Yasuさんのご意見に賛同します。

お返事ありがとうございます。そらみみさんのご意見はわかりました。
しかしながら、単一の島で構成される自治体とその島を一律にまとめてしまうことには問題もあるように思います。ひとつ例を挙げますと、礼文島は利尻礼文サロベツ国立公園に含まれています。一方で、Category:Rebun Island は、そらみみさんのご意見に従うと Category:Rebun, Hokkaido へリダイレクトさせることになりますが、国立公園に指定されているのはあくまで島であって礼文町ではないので、Category:Rishiri-Rebun-Sarobetsu National Park の下に Rebun, Hokkaido があるのは論理的におかしなことになるのではないかと思います。また、ウィキペディアには礼文島・礼文町ともに独立記事が存在し、ウィキデータにも両方の項目がありますが、コモンズ側で片方をもう一方にリダイレクトさせてしまうと、これら他プロジェクトとの連携がうまくいかなくなる可能性があります。島と自治体のどちらにファイルやサブカテゴリを振り分けるかは、上で述べたような分類方法も考えられますし、井戸端などで話し合って大まかな指針を決めておけば、両方のカテゴリがあっても大きな問題にはならないと思われますが、いかがでしょうか。Yasu (talk) 16:30, 6 June 2016 (UTC)

島カテゴリと自治体カテゴリの関係について

こんにちは。以前に#カテゴリ編集についてでお世話になりました Yasu です。いつも編集お疲れ様です。

さっそく掲題の件なのですが、先日そらみみさんが、奄美大島や種子島などの島カテゴリを、それぞれ奄美市・瀬戸内町など、西之表市・中種子町などの自治体カテゴリに追加されたのを拝見しました。しかし、島とは地理的な要素ですから、自治体という行政上の範囲を表す区分がその下に分類されるのは、私としては違和感があります。上下関係が逆、すなわち「自治体＞島」というカテゴライズであれば、自治体という一定の範囲の中に島が存在するという考え方で理解できますが、自治体の範囲には島そのものだけでなく周辺海域も含まれるであろうことも考えると、「島＞自治体」は不自然で、適当ではないように思います。また西之表市についていえば、同市の域内には馬毛島も存在するので、現状では「種子島＞西之表市＞馬毛島」というカテゴライズ、つまり種子島の中に馬毛島が含まれているという形になってしまっています。従って私としては、島カテゴリの下に自治体カテゴリは置くべきでない（自治体カテゴリから島カテゴリを外すべきである）と判断するものですが、そらみみさんはいかがお考えでしょうか。Yasu (talk) 15:12, 3 November 2016 (UTC)

@Yasu: そうですね。Yasuさんのご指摘通り、よく考えたら「種子島＞西之表市＞馬毛島」みたいなことになってしまいますね。でもそうしたらこれらの離島が自治体とは何の関係もないように見えるから、逆に「西之表市＞種子島」みたいに、自治体のカテゴリに島のカテゴリを追加した方がいいですか。--そらみみ (talk) 15:28, 3 November 2016 (UTC)
ご理解いただきありがとうございます。人により意見は分かれるかもしれませんが、私自身としては、この場合は「西之表市＞種子島」のカテゴライズはしなくてもいいのでは、と思います。全域が屋久島町に含まれている屋久島などと違い、西之表市単独で種子島を管轄しているわけではありませんので。とはいえ、山カテゴリでは、市町村境にまたがって位置する場合、該当する自治体カテゴリをすべて付ける（例：富士山の山梨県富士吉田市・静岡県富士宮市など）という運用になっているということもあり、最初に述べたように人によって違う判断になるかもしれません。従って、私が編集する場合は「西之表市＞種子島」のカテゴライズはしませんが、他の方がそのような編集をしても（特に理由を思いつかないかぎり）除去するつもりもありません。あまりはっきりしたお答えになっていなくて申し訳ありませんが、ご参考まで。Yasu (talk) 15:15, 5 November 2016 (UTC)

"Running-in board"について

こんにちは。DAJFと申します。
WikipediaやWikimedia Commonsで鉄道分野を中心に編集をしている者で、そらみみさんがアップしていただいている画像をよく見かけます。以前から、なぜ日本の駅名標の画像を「Running-in board」とのファイル名を付けていただいてるのか、気になっていましたが、もしかして日本語版の「ja:駅名標」が英語版の「en:Running-in board」にリンクされているから、同じ物だと勘違いしているのでしょうか。英語版のen:Running-in boardにも書いてありますが、「Running-in board」(直訳すると「走り込み板」？)は駅名標の一種ですが、文字通り、ホームの両端にある大き目な物で、欧米では車内アナウンスがなかった蒸気機関車時代に特に多かったです。現在、少なくなってきており、日本の場合も、「Running-in board」と呼べるようなものはあまり見かけないと思います。一般的に見かける駅名標は英語で単なる「station sign」と言いまして、若い人に「running-in board」と言いましたら「？」という顔をされる可能性が高いです。そらみみさんが付けたファイル名をたまに勝手に訂正させていただいていますが、今後、アップする際、普通の駅名標に対して「running-in board」より「station sign」のような表記をお勧めします。

ちなみに、File:Kamifukuoka Station 20040305.jpgのように日本でも見かける運転士のための駅名標は英語の「Running-in board」に当てはまると言いえます。

The English Wikipedia capitalises "Station" in some countries, but here on Commons, we strive to have global category schemes (COM:CAT, Universality principle). If anything, there is consensus to use train station (i.e. lowercase) as a suffix (a metro equivalent of that term would be metro station).    FDMS  4    18:03, 7 June 2017 (UTC)

It seems wrong. I have searched out that DPRK uses a romanization style similar to McCune–Reischauer romanization, but using "j" for "

駅は写っていない

File:Meitetsu 6000 series 011.JPGが典型例ですが、撮影者が駅のホームから車両を撮影した場合、多くは駅の構造物が一切写りません。ホームの一部など駅構造物が少しでも写っているなら妥当ですが、被写体に線路と車両しか写っていない場合は駅カテゴリを付与するのは不適切だと思います。--ButuCC (talk) 13:31, 12 August 2017 (UTC)

  • @ButuCC: ご意見ありがとうございます。確かに問題の画像の場合、線路と分岐器だけが写って、駅の主な部分が一切写りません。ただし、私の理由は主に2点があります。
  1. 当駅でないと見られない景色ですから、駅内から望める景色も一応駅カテゴリを付与すべきです。
  2. 駅周辺の線路と分岐器は駅構内か駅外かについては、個人的に駅構内と見なしています。また、多くの駅カテゴリは「〇〇駅に関するカテゴリ」という説明がありまして、「〇〇駅を写るカテゴリ」ではないと思います。

  • 先ほどのコメントで「駅のホームから」と言いましたが例として不適切でした。当該画像の場合は「喜多山駅に接近する」とあり、撮影した方向や高さからして駅付近の側道から撮影された物の可能性があります。となるとこれは駅からではなく側道からの写真であり、守山区の風景になるのか？という問題が起きます。それらを総合して「瀬戸線の写真」ということにしてCategory:Former trains of Seto Lineが付与されるのは問題なく、はっきりしないものは「瀬戸線の景色」として纏めてしまうのが適当だと考えています。その他、自治体によっては「○○市の鉄道」のようなカテゴリが作られていることがあるので、そっちに放り込むという手もアリでしょう。その自治体の風景であることは確かですから。
  • 駅から望める景色のカテゴリは必要に応じて別に作るべきではないでしょうか（Views of @@@ from +++ Station とか？）。駅から望める景色は+++駅自体に関するものではなく、被写体@@@に関するものだからです（例：Category:Views of Mount Fuji from Kanagawa prefecture）。漠然とした風景なら所属する自治体の街並み等の風景ということになる？でしょうし。
  • 「駅構内」画像である、という理由で駅カテゴリを付与することについは上記とは別の話になり、判断に悩むところです（File:Meitetsu 6000 series 017.JPGのような明確な構内構造物が写っていないものは除外）。この点については私自身がアップした画像では駅の理解に繋がる程度の構造物が写っていればカテゴライズしているというくらいの認識でしかなく、個人の閾値の差かなぁと考えています。したがって駅構内であることを理由に私の編集が戻されることについては更なる反論をするつもりはありません。--ButuCC (talk) 15:38, 12 August 2017 (UTC)

Yasu です。首記カテゴリについて、当初 Category:Odaka Station (Fukushima)（小高駅）と Category:Ōdaka Station（大高駅）の曖昧さ回避になっていたものを、そらみみさんが前者から移動して小高駅単独のカテゴリとしたようですが、私は両者の曖昧さ回避はあったほうがよいと思います。ウィキペディア英語版では、それぞれ Odaka Station・Ōdaka Station として区別されていますが、大高駅もウィキペディア以外では Odaka Station と表記されることがあり（例：名古屋市・愛知県観光協会・MapFan など）、この表記で大高駅を検索する利用者にとって曖昧さ回避は有用であると考えられるためです。

なお、これはあくまでお願いであって強制ではありませんが、カテゴリの改名を行う際は、なるべく事前に提案をしていただきたいと思います。提案なしで改名してしまうと、改名について意見がある利用者はそれを述べる機会がありません。ご理解いただければ幸いです。Yasu (talk) 15:10, 3 November 2017 (UTC)

ご指摘ありがとうございます。作成者のYasuさんには連絡もしなくて移動したことについては大変申し訳ございませんでした。
僕の考えでは小高駅は同名の駅が存在しないにもかかわらず曖昧さ回避を取り、しかも片方しかないのは不釣り合いで、もう一方の同じような表記のものが存在しないです。曖昧さ回避を行うならCategory:Odaka StationのページでCategory:Odaka Station (Aichi)とCategory:Odaka Station (Fukushima)の方にすべきだと思います。また、両方の表示があんまり差がないと思いますが、大高駅を見つけるために検索欄でOdaka Stationを入力すると、元の方式では「Category:Odaka Station -> Category:Ōdaka Station」で出てくるが、今は「Category:Odaka Station -> {Distinguish|Category:Ōdaka Station}」となっています。そもそもJR東海の駅名標では「Ōdaka Station」を使用するから、厳密的に言えば同一駅名ではなく類似駅名であり、Template:DistinguishかTemplate:Cat see alsoでは対応すべきだと思います。--そらみみ (talk) 16:14, 3 November 2017 (UTC)

ちなみに西鉄の駅に関しては先ほど確認しまして、確かにどの駅もハイフン入っていないはずです。その時は多分駅名標更新前にどの駅でもNishitetsuの部分が省略されていて、ハイフンが入った西鉄駅のカテゴリがたくさんあった（Category:Nishitetsu-Fukuoka (Tenjin) Station、Category:Nishitetsu-Kurume Stationなど）ので、整合性を取るために移動しました。しかも自分が撮ったにもかかわらず、そのまま移動しました。ご迷惑をおかけしまして申し訳ございませんでした。--そらみみ (talk) 02:41, 6 November 2017 (UTC)
上記の件について、関連する西鉄駅カテゴリの一括改名を提案されており、私も意見を述べさせていただきましたが、若干わかりにくいかもしれないと思いましたので、こちらで改めて説明いたします。西鉄福岡（天神）駅の例を出しましたが、管理者である西鉄がさまざまな英語表記を使用していることから、どれか一つだけが絶対的に正しいといえるものではない、西鉄自身もこだわっていないのだから、ハイフンあり／なしのどちらでもいいのではないか、というのが趣旨です。どちらでもいいということは、あえて移動する必要はないだろう、ということになります。
上で西鉄香椎駅の例を挙げて指摘させていただいたのは、Nishitetsu Kashii と Nishitetsu-Kashii のどちらが正しくてどちらが間違いだという話ではなく、少なくとも Nishitetsu Kashii が間違いでなければ、わざわざ移動する必要はなかった、ということを述べたかったためです。しかし、実際問題として Nishitetsu-Kashii が現在のカテゴリ名であり、この表記でも間違いではないとすれば、さらにまた Nishitetsu Kashii に戻すという面倒なことをする必要はないのでは、とも考える次第です。
もちろん、駅名標などではハイフンなしが一般的なのは確かなので、どうしてもそれに合わせたいということでしたら私個人としては特に反対するものではありません。最終的にどうするかは、そらみみさんのご判断にお任せします。ややこしい話になってしまったことを改めてお詫びします。なお、ご発言のインデントを調整させていただきました。Yasu (talk) 15:05, 18 November 2017 (UTC)

The station names should reflect the city they are in if there is a need to disambiguate, not the province or state or whatever because that makes it unnecessarily complicated. That is why we have the format Category:Fulton Street (New York City Subway) and Category:Tawaramachi Station (Tokyo) and Category:Matsugasaki Station (Kyoto) and Category:Moriguchi Station (Osaka), etc. So please use this format, thank you for your cooperation.   • I'm sorry that I don't know the way for disambiguating stations in the US. But in those cases of Japan, Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka are not name of cities, but Tokyo Metropolis, Kyoto Prefecture and Osaka Prefecture. I noticed you added Category:Photographs by 林高志, but you did not tell me. Now that's caused me trouble for a few reasons:

  1. Take my time to patrol each file.
  2. I have to waste my time asking you on your talk page.
  3. I don't know which files have not been added that will have me looking like a fool.
  4. Thinking about "why do you do this?" will become psychologically troubled(or psychologically unstable).

  • Because I want to make "sure" that every file has added Category:Photographs by 林高志. When I have completed 9100 files, I know there are still 2000 files have not been completed; but you were involved in this work and you did not tell me. That gives me cause to question your "basic ability" to act in accord with others. You can actually use your brain to think things through. If you know how to do it properly, then I believe this problem will not happen again. As to why it happened I think that mentally immature or lack of social experience, it usually happens to students or children. お世話様です、LERKと申します。韓国の鉄道駅のファイル名の件でお礼を申し上げに参りました。「撮影日と時間と適当な単語('photo'など)」になっているファイル名を変更依頼にかける作業ですが、対象となるファイルがとても多く正直心が折れそうになっていたのですが、代わりに（？）申請してくださりありがとうございます。本来ならば、アップロードした利用者がそのことに気付いて適切なファイル名でアップしてほしいものですが、経験上「取り敢えずアップしておけばいいや」と考えている利用者には分かってもらえそうにないので、こちらが気付いたらこれからも頑張って「対処」していくしかないのかな、と思っております。お時間があるときで一向に構いませんので、これからもよろしくお願いいたします。お礼のみですがこれにて。LERK (Talk / Contributions / Mail) 05:16, 3 June 2018 (UTC)

倉敷市の鉄道駅カテゴリについて

いつも編集お疲れ様です。さて首記の件ですが、先日そらみみさんが倉敷市の鉄道駅カテゴリを水島臨海鉄道の駅や下津井電鉄線の駅カテゴリから外し、水島駅や下津井駅など個別の駅カテゴリに付け直す編集を行っていたのをこのほど拝見しました。しかしながら、水島臨海鉄道線も下津井電鉄線もすべての駅が倉敷市内に所在している（いた）ため、倉敷市の鉄道駅カテゴリは個別の駅カテゴリではなく○○線の駅カテゴリに一括して付与しておくほうがすっきりすると思います。また逆に、○○線の駅カテゴリに倉敷市の鉄道駅カテゴリが付いていることによって、○○線の駅はすべて倉敷市内にあることがわかるという利点もあります。水島臨海鉄道の駅カテゴリを作成した利用者の方も同じお考えのようですので（参考）、私としては元の通りのカテゴリ構成に戻すほうがよいと思う次第ですが、そらみみさんはいかがお考えでしょうか。Yasu (talk) 14:58, 3 June 2018 (UTC)

  • @Yasu: ご説明ありがとうございます。確かに路線全体の駅が倉敷市内にあれば、倉敷市の鉄道駅のカテゴリに全線のカテゴリを入れる考えはごもっともですが、私の考えでは逆に頭文字順で並べた方が見つかりやすいと思います。駅名と所在地がわかればすぐに見つかりますので、ちょっと下級カテゴリを探す手間を省く感じでやりました。あと個人的な考えですけど、鉄道路線と自治体を結びつけるのはちょっとアレで、たまたま同じ自治体内にあることに過ぎないと思いますが（例えば当初茶屋町は独立を選択するか岡山市に編入されたら、下津井電鉄の一部の廃駅は現在倉敷市外となる）、あくまでも個人の感想なので無視してもいいです。そらみみ (talk) 15:52, 3 June 2018 (UTC)

I've looked at a few of your edits(see: [6], [7], and [8]). If you are not sure what category to choose for 彰化山西夫子廟, please do not correct it. Also, when you editing the file, and it seems you confused about where file belongs to which category. For example, last time I looked 16 files were incorrectly added "Nature of Yilan". I guess you might be confusing 棲蘭野生動物重要棲息環境 with 棲蘭. As far as I know, 棲蘭 is located in Yilan County, but another is not. So,yesterday, my email box was bombarded by Commons, which all of them said that you removed Category:Xinjiang from all the photos in "A tour in Tian Mountain Heavenly Lake Scenic Area" series. I'm definitely sure that this scenic area IS located in Xinjiang. If you think you've made a mistake after a second thought, please revert these changes ASAP. そらみみさんは先日、長崎電気軌道の停留場カテゴリをいくつか改名されたようですが、改名後のカテゴリページを見ると、説明文が旧停留場名で書かれたままになっています。たとえば平和公園停留場は「Matsuyamamachi Tram Stop」「松山町停留場」、新地中華街停留場は「Tsukimachi Tram Stop」「築町電停」の表記がそのまま残っています。義務ではありませんが、カテゴリを改名した際は、混乱を招かないよう説明文もあわせて修正していただくことを希望します。Yasu (talk) 15:26, 18 August 2018 (UTC)

Hi, Thanks for sorting those images, I had no idea these were marked as uncategorised otherwise I would've done all of these myself,
That being said the images should go in a "Japan Matsuri" category (I don't believe these have been created yet hence why the images haven't been sorted),
As there's over 90 images it would take a lifetime to revert so I was wondering if you could add the "Category:Japan Matsuri YEAR" and remove all of the categpries you've added, Thanks, –Davey2010Talk 14:10, 12 November 2018 (UTC)

JR 気仙沼線・大船渡線 BRT の駅カテゴリについて

お疲れ様です。さて、先日そらみみさんが気仙沼線陸前小泉駅や大船渡線脇ノ沢駅などの駅カテゴリを、Category:Stations of Kesennuma Line BRT および Category:Stations of Ofunato Line BRT にそれぞれ分類したのを拝見しました。ですが、これらの駅カテゴリは、中のファイルの大半が BRT 化前に撮影された画像で、BRT の駅であるといえる画像は一部しか含まれていません。また小友駅や鹿折唐桑駅のように、BRT 化されてからの画像がまったくない駅カテゴリもあります。そのようなカテゴリを BRT の駅に分類するのが適切とは思われません。

私としては、Stations of Kesennuma Line BRT・Stations of Ofunato Line BRT の両カテゴリに含める駅カテゴリは、Category:Kesennuma Station (BRT) のように BRT 化以降の画像のみを集めたサブカテゴリ、および Category:Kesennuma City Hospital Station など BRT 化以降に新設された駅のカテゴリに限定するべきと思いますが、いかがお考えでしょうか。Yasu (talk) 15:04, 15 December 2018 (UTC)

  • ご説明ありがとうございます。私は単に現在のBRT路線上にある全ての駅をBRTのカテゴリに入れる必要があると考えて、BRT関連画像があるかどうかは他の鉄道駅と同様に考えていませんでした。実際に複数の鉄道路線が通っている駅のカテゴリには特定の路線の画像がない場合もあります。ただし、確かにおっしゃった通り、BRT関連画像はBRTのサブカテゴリに入れる必要があるといま考えています。--そらみみ (talk) 15:26, 15 December 2018 (UTC)
「複数の鉄道路線が通っている駅のカテゴリには特定の路線の画像がない場合もあります」とのご意見は確かにもっともですが、本件の場合、最初から Category:Stations of Kesennuma Line および Category:Stations of Ofunato Line という元カテゴリがあるので、BRT 化以降の画像がないカテゴリはそちらに入れておくだけで十分であるはずです。そもそも、Stations of Kesennuma Line BRT と Stations of Ofunato Line BRT はこれら元カテゴリのサブカテゴリなので、元カテゴリ内にある駅画像のうち、BRT 化以降の画像のみを取り出して分類するためのカテゴリということになります。この版のように、元カテゴリと BRT カテゴリの両方に分類するのは、方針で禁止されている過剰なカテゴリにあたりますので、避けなくてはなりません。
ところで今回、小友駅・鹿折唐桑駅など、まだ BRT 化以降の画像がない駅について BRT 専用のカテゴリを作成されたようですが、空のカテゴリは即時削除の対象であるため、中に収めるべきファイルがない状態でカテゴリを作成しても意味がありませんのでご注意ください。また、ファイルのある新規作成カテゴリも、以前お願いしたカテゴリの説明文が記載されていないようです。作業を急ぐのではなく、不明点はご相談いただきながら、じっくりと進めていただければと思います。
関連してもう一点、南三陸町役場・病院前駅のカテゴリはそらみみさんが Bayside Arena から Minamisanrikuchoyakuba-Byoinmae に改名されたようですが、駅名の正式な英語表記は Minami-Sanriku Town Office・Hospital です。中黒が含まれているため、カテゴリ名は別の記号を使うことになるかと思いますから、検討したうえで私から改名依頼を出します。ですので、本件は差し当たりそらみみさんのほうでご対応いただかなくても結構です。

  • ご返信ありがとうございます。説明文については数年前とはだいぶ変わって、ほとんどのカテゴリがWikidataを介して記事と相互リンクしていますので、あんまり必要がないと思いますが、確かにBRTの方にはWikidataがないので、少しずつ追加します。
「南三陸町役場・病院前駅」のカテゴリ名改称については賛成しますが、中黒は普通の英字環境では入力できません。Commons:カテゴリには「Basic English characters (ISO/IEC 646) are preferred over national variants or extension character sets (for instance, 'straight' apostrophes over 'curly'), where reasonable」と書かれますので、ISO/IEC 646の中にある「.」や「-」などに変更することを勧めます。--そらみみ (talk) 15:12, 16 December 2018 (UTC)
