Please sign your name on Talk pages by typing ~~~~. To link to an image page without embedding the image, type: [[:File:Foo.jpg]], which produces: File:Foo.jpg. You may enable gadgets (custom features) for your account. There are several tools to upload files. Have you edited Wikipedia before? This guide might be useful. Made a mistake? Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it. Do you want to have your recently uploaded picture removed? These images all seem to be originally from television programme and will not be copyright free whatever the licensing on youtube. --Herby ^{talk thyme} 10:04, 20 July 2019 (UTC)

The television station will hold copyright or the programme production company. They will need to provide permission via COM:OTRS. Nothing else will be acceptable. I am prepared to unblock you but only if you cease removing tags and make not further uploads until this is resolved. Are you saying that even if the producer uploaded its videos to YouTube accepting CC-BY i need an aditional permission from them?, I have talked with three other biblios from Commons before proceed to upload all these files, please i want to clarify this, regards.--A4exocet (talk) 10:31, 20 July 2019 (UTC)

We have no proof at all that the producer uploaded these to youtube nor, if it was the producer, that they had the right to freely license the files. Without confirmation that the person/organisation who holds copyright is happy to freely license these we cannot host them. --Herby ^{talk thyme} 10:39, 20 July 2019 (UTC)

This is the official channel of the TV channel: https://www.youtube.com/user/Teledocepuntocom and there they have a channel that is "Desayunos Informales" that is the TV program from where i am uploading the content.--A4exocet (talk) 10:56, 20 July 2019 (UTC)

No ofenses but according this criteria images on Flickr published under CC aren't valid neither without COM:OTRS?, i don't see the difference for a content showed in TV, if the producer itself published it on YouTube under CC.--A4exocet (talk) 11:05, 20 July 2019 (UTC)

I am sorry about this and it seems you are correct. There are so many (illegal) screenshots uploaded and I failed to adequately check this. It certainly seems that these are correctly licensed. I am in the process of reverting these myself and I have restored the images previously deleted by myself and other admins. Please do check that everything is now correct. I have removed the tags now and also the main part of the messages here. I have left some so that others may follow the discussion (and maybe learn from my mistakes!!).

I see that there are duplicate images here and maybe some of those (small resolution ones) could be deleted?

Yes, also there are some that despite i search them as "CC" in youtube then in the video it doesn't seem to show the CC-BY license, what about if i list them here those ones?, that was a mistake of me of didn't double checked it, according some adviced me in a group of telegram.--A4exocet (talk) 12:12, 20 July 2019 (UTC)
