Welcome to Wikimedia Commons, Arendaja!

File:Maltese musician Paul Pereira 13.5.19 @ Amavi by Sumera in Goa.jpg has been listed at Commons:Deletion requests so that the community can discuss whether it should be kept or not. We would appreciate it if you could go to voice your opinion about this at its entry.

If you created this file, please note that the fact that it has been proposed for deletion does not necessarily mean that we do not value your kind contribution. It simply means that one person believes that there is some specific problem with it, such as a copyright issue. Please see Commons:But it's my own work! for a guide on how to address these issues.

Please remember to respond to and – if appropriate – contradict the arguments supporting deletion. Arguments which focus on the nominator will not affect the result of the nomination. Thank you!

Would you also please explain how the images of this artist are within scope. It is not obvious to me how they fit within the scope, and they appear more like promotional. Please explain this at the above link as I will be adding all these recent additions. Thanks.  — billinghurst sDrewth 04:59, 15 May 2019 (UTC)Reply
Looking at further of your uploads, it seems that they are not within scope, and may be more part of a personal flickr collection rather than uploaded to Commons. I have added these other uploads to the deletion discussion, so please contribute to that discussion. Thanks.  — billinghurst sDrewth 05:09, 15 May 2019 (UTC)Reply

I'm at robotmad at gmail if you would like to email me to let me know. thank you. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Rivervictorlauramarie (talk • contribs) 16:47, 12 March 2021 (UTC) Error in {{reply to}}: Username not given. Yes, the godess Solotar is on sale as well. And pls, you have all information available in Internet about me and Godess Solotar, so just send me email: katrin.aedma@gmail.com. Wikimedia is not my favorite place for communication. Too messy, too much information... too time consuming. Thank you!Reply

BillinghurstError in {{reply to}}: Username not given., I do not care if the photo File:Maltese musician Paul Pereira 13.5.19 @ Amavi by Sumera in Goa.jpg will be deleted. I was working for Paul Pereira and I am the autor of this photo. So I have all rights to post it as it was his will. As I do not work for him anymore already 2 years, I really do not care what you think about this photo. Wikimedia is for me totally messy environment and I have to admit that I am not so good in programming etc to spend my time here to find any information. All the best! PS! My contact is katrin.aedma@gmail.com, pls dot leave me any messages in wikimedia commons. I really appreciate it if you understand me. For me, this is an incomprehensible environment where there is a lack of simplicity and clarity and I do not have time to contribute to such environments and conversations. Thank you! — Preceding unsigned comment was added by 103.157.162.31 (talk) 04:01, 13 March 2021 (UTC)Reply

Thanks for uploading File:Sayyad Amjad Ali (Kullassepp).png. This media is missing permission information. A source is given, but there is no proof that the author or copyright holder agreed to license the file under the given license. Please provide a link to an appropriate webpage with license information, or ask the author or copyright holder to send an email with copy of a written permission to VRT (permissions-commons@wikimedia.org). You may still be required to go through this procedure even if you are the author yourself; please see Commons:But it's my own work! for more details. After you emailed permission, you may replace the {{No permission since}} tag with {{subst:PP}} on file description page. Alternatively, you may click on "Challenge speedy deletion" below the tag if you wish to provide an argument why evidence of permission is not necessary in this case.

Please see this page for more information on how to confirm permission, or if you would like to understand why we ask for permission when uploading work that is not your own, or work which has been previously published (regardless of whether it is your own).

The file probably has been deleted. If you sent a permission, try to send it again after 14 days. Do not re-upload. When the VRT-member processes your mail, the file can be undeleted. Additionally you can request undeletion here, providing a link to the File-page on Commons where it was uploaded ([[:File:Sayyad Amjad Ali (Kullassepp).png]]) and the above demanded information in your request.

Thank you. Unhappily it is already deleted - not very much motivative for a contribution in Wikimedia...i am the author of all the media files i give to wikimedia for free use and i have thousands of interesting photos. I may not be able to add copyright information. In my opinion, I already answered when I uploaded that I am the author of the photo and how can I take a photo of someone or something and share it if I do not have the art in the photo or the person's permission to do so ... Anyway I sent email from the link you suggested. Thank youArendaja (talk) 08:36, 22 August 2021 (UTC)Reply
