Gut beobachtet Túrelio. Ja das habe ich am 16.11.2010 aufgenommen. Die Reklame wird etwa in den letzten 5 Jahren mehr oder weniger von der Firma Ulrich als Reklame benutzt. hallo Túrelio. Das habe ich deswegen gemacht, weil wenn man das Bearbeitungsfenster öffnet, sind unten die Hinweise mit „Creative Commons Attribution/Share-Alike“-Lizenz 3.0 usw. Das habe ich nun bestimmt gut gemeint und ich bin deswegen dabei gewesen, weil ich die kat und das Urheber usw,"Selbst" gegen "Elkawe" ausgetauscht habe. Nein, ich habe nicht aufgepasst, sondern das war jemand anders aufgefallen und er hatte sogar auf :de gefragt, ob das denn gehe. Am besten wäre, wenn du das selbst rückgängig machst. Wenn dir viel daran liegt, kannst du gerne mal auf Commons talk:Licensing nachfragen, ob die Umwandlung von PD-self in die neue CC-0 oder wie die heißt akzeptabel wäre. --Túrelio (talk) 20:05, 9 June 2011 (UTC)Reply

Naja, du hast inzwischen zwei Lizenzen für das Bild erteilt: PD-self (streng genommen ist das allerdings gar keine "Lizenz") und CC. Du kannst natürlich beide stehen lassen, dann kann sich der Nachnutzer heraussuchen, unter welcher Lizenz er das Bild nutzen will (in diesem speziellen Fall ist das aber eher wenig sinnvoll, da wohl kaum jemand das Bild unter der CC-Lizenz nutzen will, wenn es dank PD-self auch viel einfacher geht).

Hallo Basvb, danke das du in Commons aufpasst. Bei der EU-Lizenz handelt es sich um Eigentum des deutschen Staates. Die Lizenz wird nur vorübergehend verliehen. Die Lizenz ist übrigens auch schon abgelaufen und hat in keiner Weise eine Rechtsgültigkeit oder dergleichen. Solltest du trotzdem anderer Meinung sein, so lass es mich bitte wissen. Also es gibt keinen Rechtsinhaber, da die Lizenz erloschen ist. Die Lizenz hat natürlich einen historischen hohen Wert, da es den Anfang des Harmonisierten Transportmarktes in der EU sehr gut darstellt. Eine noch gültige EU-Lizenz wäre natürlich ein Löschgrund. Hi Ellin Beltz, die 19a Genehmigung hatte hatte dem deutschen Staat gehört. Die wurde bei der Wiedervereinigung als Transport-Genehmigung zusätzlich vom Staat heraus gegeben und ab ca. 1994 ungültig. Hier gibt es kein unklaren Urheberrechtsstatus. Der dazugehörige Benutzer war der Transport-Unternehmer Heile, der mir übrigens bei allen Firmen-Unterlagen die ich hochgeladen habe, eine Erlaubnis gegeben hatte. Diese befindet sich bei Commons, denn diese wurde extra per e-mail zugesendet. siehe:heile-spedition@t-online.de Gueterverkehr - Fr 19 Dez 2008 18:51:16 CET
