Por favor, haz la bandera de F.A. De Zela

Hola Hushunqu, no se si sabes que el procer Francisco Antonio de Zela enarboló una bandera, en 1811, basada en la de la Junta de Buenos Aires, es como la que, se dice hizo San Martín solo que en vez de ser los triangulos laterales rojos, fueron de azul celeste asi como las primeras banderas argentinas, para mas información entra en el articulo de Zela y en la parte inferior hay un link a un documento en pdf donde se cuenta la historia y el diseño que pudo haber tenido la primera bandera del Perú. La quise hacer con el paint pero quedo horrenda, entonces vi la bandera de San Martin y te encontre, es igual a la del libertador argentino solo que no hay evidencia de que tenga escudo, si la haces, no le pongas escudo. Hola Guillermo; los mapas que estoy publicando aquí son de dominio público y pertenecen al Instituto Geográfico Nacional, que vienen siendo reproducidos por El Gran Álbum Departamental del Perú que viene con el diario "El Popular"; he revisado las notas de la publicación y no dice absolutamente nada cobre el Copyright. Symbole langue

For the transparency, you need a software which deal with it, Photoshop for instance, I suppose The Gimp will do this but I am not familiar with it. Usually, you select the white parts with the magic wand and delete them. If there is a background layer you delete it and it remains the layer with the icon and transparency around your icon. When you save the image in PNG it will do it. Perhaps there a box to check to obtain the transparency just before saving (if not the transparency is replace by the white color). Hi, I don't understand Spanish well but I understand that PromPerú allows use of their images on Wikipedia (and presumably other Wikimedia projects). ¿Bandera Venezolana sin estrellas?

Saludos. Yo quisiera preguntarle porqué, si estoy en lo cierto, ha cambiado la bandera de Venezuela a una sin las siete estrellas, lo que causa confusión al resto de los usuarios en todos los artículos que de alguna u otra manera utilizan la imagen de esa bandera para representar a Venezuela, que son al menos una o varias docenas de artículos diferentes, donde ahora la situación se ve muy rara.

Por lo que entiendo, la justificación es que la ley venezolana supuestamente definiría estrictamente hablando la bandera como sólo con los tres colores en bandas iguales, pero en la realidad práctica y protocolaria real así nunca se ha usado la bandera actual como símbolo, hasta donde yo he visto, ni en eventos oficiales del estado ni en manifestaciones civiles. Es más, en todas las enciclopedias reales que se refieren a Venezuela se utiliza la bandera con las estrellas, por eso es que no entiendo qué sentido tiene el darle una interpretación novedosa al asunto, una que puede causar un buen grado de confusión. Entonces cuando la "heráldica" escrita, sea cual sea, no se corresponde con la realidad práctica sino que va en contra de ella, es letra muerta, y no veo qué beneficio se obtiene de complicar así las cosas.

Si se le hiciera el mismo cambio a la bandera de Ecuador o Colombia se llegaría a una confusión aún mayor y todo por un tecnicismo. Podría bien representarse lo que usted quiere reflejar creando una nueva página e imágen con diferente descripción, pero para una imágen que está usando la gran mayoría de los artículos ese cambio no ayuda sino que en mi opinión es bastante confuso y perjudicial. No creo que vaya a cambiar su opinión, entonces habrá que estudiar otras alternativas, pero por el momento lo justo es tratar de explicarle que el cambio realizado es contraproducente. Banderas

Hola Guillermo, de momento es mejor no borrar ninguna bandera. Se está debatiendo una nueva política de borrados (supongo que ya lo has leído en el enlace que te ha dejado EugeneZelenko arriba) y aún no se ha decidido si se conservarán los pngs también, aunque haya versiones en svg. Categoriza los png redundantes y añade la información y el enlace a las versiones mejoradas existentes en cada uno de ellos, cuando la política esté aprobada ya veremos en qué queda la cosa. Las banderas catalanas no pueden estar bajo licencia Creative Commons sino que están sujetas al decreto 263/1991, del 25 de noviembre, sobre el Reglamento de los símbolos de los entes locales de Cataluña. La imágenes que has colgado tienen que borrarse en commons y colgarse individualmente en las Wikipedias.

Bandera de la SRE

En los libros en los que he consultado, y en otras banderas (entre ellas la que se usaba antes en la Wikipedia), el color de la banda inferior es más parecido al de la versión actual que al de la versión que subiste el 17 de abril.

Hola Guillermo. Primero, siento los errores en los nombres de los archivos. Lo malo es que ya he subido unas cuantas con otro sistema. Sobre la bandera de Asturias, no estoy de acuerdo con 2 cosas: 1-Que ahora la imagen "Flag_of_Asturias.svg" sale como si fuese de la "Open Clip Art Library", cuando no es verdad, es mi dibujo vectorial ampliado y con otros colores. No se parece en nada a la imagen da la OCAL. 2-Podría estar de acuerdo con el tono de amarillo que pusiste, aunque parece mas anaranjado que el oficial, pero, desde luego, el azul no es así. La ley 4/1990 establece los colores claramente: Sistema CIELAB, azul H260-C45-L50, y amarillo H85-C35-L60. Sistema Pantone, azul 829, y amarillo 109. Hi, I saw that you made some fine historical flags of Peru. You recommended, that these flags should be used instead of some other images of these flags (especially in the German Wikipedia). I don't think that this ist very useful, because your flags haven't got images of the sun with human features. I have sources that explicitly state that representations of the sun in those times always had human features ! Guia para Commons

Hola Guillermo un gusto saludarte. Tras el retiro de Aristedes he visto que han quedado varios articulos en blanco y tambien que varias imagenes ya no estan aqui, como sabras aqui en nuestro pais hay editoras que emiten laminas educativas que nos pueden ser de mucha utilidad, he estado conversando con el gerente de una de ellas y le he solicitado permiso para scanear algunas imagenes y poder publicarlas, pero mi pregunta es ¿que pasos debo seguir para que los demas usuarios sepan que tengo permiso para publicar las imagenes y que no las borren? ¿bajo que licencia debo pedir el permiso?, si puedes guiarme en este punto te estaria muy agradecido.

Hola Guillermo, me alegro de verte por aquí :) Me temo que no puedo ayudarte, mas bien, no sé me ocurre cómo, porque intento ver las versiones anteriores de las banderas y como son svg no puedo abrirlas, ninguno de los programas que tengo me deja. A ti que te gusta confeccionar banderas,te recomiendo que confecciones la bandera del estado confederado de Bolivia (Perteneciente a la Confederacion Peru-boliviana)(No se si la bandera del estado confederado de Bolivia (1836-1839) tambien coincide con la bandera Boliviana posterior a las primeras 2 banderas (rojiverdes)iniciales,pero a su vez,anterior a la llegada del Mariscal Santa Cruz a la presidencia de Bolivia en 1829.¿Cual era,a su vez, la bandera y escudo de la Republica boliviana de 1829 a 1836 (Correspondiente al gobierno del Mariscal Santa Cruz en Bolivia,pero anterior a la proclamacion de la confederacion en 1836...o era la misma?) Para confeccionar la bandera del estado Boliviano confederado debes:Utilizar como base la bandera menor(1826-1851)y utilizar el SEGUNDO escudo,nunca el primero. Thanks a lot for contributing to the Wikimedia Commons! Here's a tip to make your uploads more useful: Why not add some categories to describe them? This will help more people to find and use them.

Here's how:

1) If you're using the UploadWizard, you can add categories to each file when you describe it. Just click "more options" for the file and add the categories which make sense:

2) You can also pick the file from your list of uploads, edit the file description page, and manually add the category code at the end of the page.

For example, if you are uploading a diagram showing the orbits of comets, you add the following code:

This will make the diagram show up in the categories "Astronomical diagrams" and "Comets".

El usuario hizo ese nuevo mapa lo ha hecho desde un punto no neutral ya que quiere demostrar cosas que no son ciertas, ese usaurio ya fue adivertida por sus contribuciones sin referencias y mas aun sin respetar la politica de nutralidad, me gustaria que colocases el mapa inicial y si vuelve hacer lo mismo ese usuario lo reportare aun bibliotecario ya que esta faltando a la verdad tratando de queres desvirtuar la historia. The developer team at Wikimedia is making some changes to how accounts work, as part of our on-going efforts to provide new and better tools for our users like cross-wiki notifications. These changes will mean you have the same account name everywhere. This will let us give you new features that will help you edit and discuss better, and allow more flexible user permissions for tools. One of the side-effects of this is that user accounts will now have to be unique across all 900 Wikimedia wikis. See the announcement for more information.

Unfortunately, your account clashes with another account also called Huhsunqu. To make sure that both of you can use all Wikimedia projects in future, we have reserved the name Huhsunqu~commonswiki that only you will have. If you like it, you don't have to do anything. If you do not like it, you can pick out a different name.

Your account will still work as before, and you will be credited for all your edits made so far, but you will have to use the new account name when you log in.

United Nations flag

Dear Huhsunqu,

I was looking at the article on the UN flag and the first flag design: en:Flag of the United Nations

That article also uses your flag File:Flag_of_the_United_Nations_(1945-1947).svg to illustrate the first design of the seal and therefore of the flag. Unfortuantely, I think that the design is not correct.

This official UN document from October 15th, 1946.

describes the first design of the UN logo with four circles and cutting of at 40 degrees south, cutting Argentina into half.

Maybe you can correct your flag. I will crosspost this on the talk page of the English Wikipedia article.

Escudo de Bolivia,versión correspondiente a la legislación actual

Hola,Huhsunqu,quería solicitate ayuda para reponer la versión del escudo de Bolivia que subiste,actualmente existe esta: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Coat_of_arms_of_Bolivia#/media/File:Coat_of_arms_of_Bolivia.svg

que reemplazó en todos los sitios a la versión anterior, la versión actual del archivo no corresponde a ninguna normativa existente Escudo de Bolivia y las proporciones y colores no son los correctos,por lo que resta calidad a todos los artículos y demás ( fichas de autoridades,etc) donde aparece. En algunos sitios he reemplazado la imagen por ésta Escudo actualpero al no tener autor ni origen no estoy segura de que sea lo mejor

La representación que se da incluyéndose una especie de cruz es errónea, debía ser una corona inca, como la imagen base que se presenta como fuente File:Banner_of_the_Inca_Empire.svg, y la chacana y el sol están fuera de lugar, pues no son parte de escudos o relatos, por lo que tu dibujo se trataría de un FanArt --Fernando6718 (talk) 20:49, 11 January 2021 (UTC)
