You created a gallery with this name earlier today, but as it did not contain any images it was tagged for deletion by a maintenance script. I have deleted the page, if you would like it restored so that you may add images please drop me a line here. Category:Blütenweg in Rhein-Neckar-Kreis

Hallo Nemracc, Du hattest die Category:Blütenweg in Rhein-Neckar-Kreis erstellt und auch einige Bilder dieser Category zugeordnet, die jedoch nicht im Rhein-Neckar-Kreis sondern im Kreis Bergstraße liegen (z.B. in Heppenheim). Ich hatte dies auch schon in der Category talk:Blütenweg in Rhein-Neckar-Kreis angesprochen, es kam aber bisher kein feedback. Ich würde diese Category gerne verschieben nach Category:Blütenweg (Bergstraße), die dann den ganzen Bereich von Darmstadt bis Wiesloch abdecken würde; was meinst Du dazu? Wenn die Menge an Bildern in dieser Category irgendwann sehr groß werden sollte, könnte man jederzeit neue Unterkategorien erstellen. Gruß --Muck50 (talk) 17:09, 8 May 2019 (UTC)

Nachtrag: eine Alternative wäre, die bestehende Category zu belassen und gleich als Untercat in die neu zu erstellende Category:Blütenweg (Bergstraße) einzuordnen. Hallo! Dein Vorschlag ist total willkommen. Die Kategorie Category:Blütenweg (Bergstraße) würde dann den Bereich Darmstadt bis Wiesloch abdecken und ist damit die korrektere Bezeichnung. Hallo nochmal. Ich bin inzwischen doch der Meinung, dass verschieben zur neuen Category sinnvoller ist, da es bei anderen vergleichbaren Wanderwegen, die verschiedene Landkreise bzw. Bundesländer durchqueren in der Regel auch keine einzelnen Untercats für diese gibt. Ich kann es bei Gelegenheit angehen. Gruß --Muck50 (talk) 09:11, 9 May 2019 (UTC)

Hallo Nemracc, ich möchte Dich darauf hinweisen, dass Du bei diesem Bild sowohl beim Dateinamen als auch bei Beschreibung und Kategorie einem Irrtum unterlegen bist. Es handelt sich bei der Örtlichkeit nicht um die de:Reißinsel und nicht um das Naturschutzgebiet de:Bei der Silberpappel. Es ist ein ganz "normales" Stück des Landeschaftsschutzgebiets de:Waldpark Mannheim am Rhein bzw. einer kleinen Mulde daneben. Das Naturschutzgebiet Bei der Silberpappel beginnt erst 100 m weiter westlich. Und der näheste Punkt der Reißinsel liegt in 900 m Entfernung (Luftlinie) hinter dem Parkplatz des Strandbads. Ich werde nun selbst keine Umbenennung oder Korrektur vornehmen, sondern überlasse dies Dir. Gruß --HubiB (talk) 17:08, 25 April 2020 (UTC)

Burgtore der Burg Hanstein

Du hast ja tolle Fotos der Burg hochgeladen, insbesondere von Teilen, die bisher noch nicht hier zu finden waren. Des weiteren hast Du dich um einige Kategorien gekümmert und Bilder neu zugeordnet. Eventuell könnte man für die Burgtore eine Kategorie anlegen (Gates of Burg Hanstein). Ursprünglich gab es 5 Burgtore, von den wohl nur noch 2 vorhanden sind (hundert prozentig kenne ich mich damit aber nicht aus, auch wenn ich vor Jahren schon mehrmals dort war). Da wäre das Tor zur Kernburg ("Gate of inner bailey ? of Burg Hanstein" oder "Gate to the core castle of Burg Hanstein/Hanstein castle") und ein Tor auf der Westseite (Gate Nr... of Burg Hanstein) der Burganlage. Du hast mehrere Bilder vermutlich dieses Burgtores als Tor Nr. 3 bezeichnet. Woher hattest Du die Tornummer? In einem Buch über die Burg Hanstein ist ein Bild dieses Tores veröffentlicht, hier allerdings als 4. Burgtor. Hallo! Bei diesem Foto File:Castle Hanstein, Thuringia, Eichsfeld 07 castle gate 3.jpg stand ich auf einer kleinen Plattform. Unterhalb davon neben dem Aufgang hing ein kleines Schild "Tor 3". Aufgrund Deiner Infos würde ich jetzt sagen, dass Dein Buch bestimmt Recht hat und dass sich das Schild Tor 3 wahrscheinlich auf ein ehemaliges Tor bezieht, dass im unterhalb liegenden Graben/Zwinger stand. Soll heißen, ich muss meine Dateien umbenennen.

Und da Du mich zum Überprüfen angeregt hast:  :-)

Wegen den vorgeschlagenen neuen Kategorien fand ich den Oberbegriff "Gates of Burg Hanstein" am Besten. Unterkategorien kann man natürlich auch anlegen, wie von Dir vorgeschlagen, aber umso mehr man ins Detail geht desto mehr Vorort-Wissen muss man haben.

Außerdem vielen Dank für die Ergänzungen bei einigen meiner Fotos bzgl. der Benennung von Bergen und Hügeln.

Meine letzten Besuche liegen wie gesagt schon länger zurück und Bilder habe ich dummerweise auch keine dazu. Hier findet man einen Plan der Burg mit den Toranlagen, aber ohne Nummern. Das erste Tor befand sich noch ein Stück vor den Burgmauern und ist heute nicht mehr erkennbar. Zunächst wäre die Anlage der Oberkategorie "Gates of Burg Hanstein" am besten, wenn ich mal vor Ort wäre, könnte ich nochmal genauere Informationen herausbekommen und entsprechende Unterkategorien anlegen. Vielleicht wäre auch eine Kategorie für den Rittersaal sinnvoll, da er bauhistorisch erst spät (vor 1900) entstanden ist und nicht zu den ursprünglichen Gebäudeteilen passt. Noch mal ne Frage: ich habe Deinen Weg zur Teufelskanzel von Rothenbach/Gerbershausen vermutet. Darf ich mich vorstellen, ich heiße Frank Cahill. Ich bin archivarischer Experte bei der US-amerikanischen öffentlich-rechtlichen Fernsehsendung "Poetry in America," die in den USA landesweit ausgestrahlt ist. Bei der Recherche zu einer kommenden Folge, in der wir das Gedicht "Mending Wall" vom US-amerikanischen Dichter Robert Frost ergründen, habe ich Ihren zwei Fotos von Wände in der Nähe von Hemeln begegnet (Walls parallel to the external fortifications of the Bramburg near Hemeln 01.jpg und Walls parallel to the external fortifications of the Bramburg near Hemeln 02.jpg). Frosts “Mending Wall“ handelt von Wände, und der Macht einer Wand, einen vom anderen zu trennen--und auch davon, was geschieht, wenn Wände (genau wie die auf Ihren Bilder) in Trümmern verfallen.

Hi. When a different category exists for a subject, I would encourage you to consider to use the above template rather than ask for the deletion of the alternate category. Gleichen

Du bist gerade dabei die Gemeinde Gleichen kategorienmäßig durchzuackern. Dabei hast Du z.B. die Berge unter Natur eingeordnet. Wäre es nicht besser, eine zusätzliche Kategorie zur Geographie anzulegen? Da könnten alle passenden Bilder und Kategorien rein, wie Berge, Flüsse, Karten usw.-79.214er (talk) 06:06, 21 April 2023 (UTC)

Übrigens vielen Dank für die Kategoriearbeit da! Das ist super, dass Du Dich kümmerst! Sorry, dass ich die Gleichen wieder verschoben habe ;-) , die liegen zwar viel näher bei Gelliehausen (der Wikipedia-Artikel war also mit "bei Gelliehausen" gar nicht ganz falsch), gehören aber von der Gemarkung her aus historischen Gründen zu Benniehausen und Bremke. Die Gemarkungsgrenzen kann man unter anderem im Denkmalviewer des Denkmalatlasses Niedersachsen einschalten. Im Moment muss ich da allerdings erst die Karteneinstellung unten ändern, weil die normale Karte nicht lädt. Ich nutze meist "Amtliche Karte" und "grau", und dann links im Menü unter "Verwaltungsgrenzen" die "Gemarkungen", die dann als rote Linien und Schrift erscheinen und ziemlich genau sind. Bei Openstreetmap kann man auch Gemarkungen anzeigen, die sind aber leider nicht immer sehr genau. --Dehio (talk) 06:41, 21 April 2023 (UTC)

@79.214er: Zur Zeit bin ich dabei Liste der Baudenkmale in Gleichen durchzuarbeiten. Dabei "stolpere" ich während der Bearbeitung der Orte auch über Berge, Bäche etc. und ordne alles (einfachhalber) vorerst unter Nature of Gleichen ein. Mit der Category: Buildings in Gleichen verfahre ich z. Z. genau so. Gerne kannst Du eine Category:Geography of Gleichen mit einigen Unterkategorien (rivers, mountains, maps etc.) anlegen. @Dehio: Danke für den Tipp bzgl dem Denkmalviewer des Denkmalatlasses Niedersachsen. Gestern wurde ich auf Karte des Gemeindegebietes Gleichen auch fündig. Der Link zur "Karte des Gemeindegebietes Gleichen" hat sich als sehr nützlich erwiesen. Nach einiger Klickerei auf der Karten- und Themenverwaltung (rechts): Zuschaltbare Themen --> Allg. Informationen --> Verwaltungsgrenze --> Gemarkungsflächen. Da kann man richtig gut sehen, wo die Grenze zwischen den beiden Bergkuppeln Der Gleichen durchgeht. - Frage : hast du die Baudenkmalliste in den Gleichen erstellt ? Auch im Werra-Meißner-Kreis evtl ? Ich wundere mich ja, weshalb in manchen Orten die Kriegerdenkmale (Ehrenmale) verzeichnet sind und in anderen nicht...ich dachte, Kriegerdenkmale wären im m e r denkmalgeschützt. Das ist in vielen Orten so, dass sie manchmal in der Liste stehen und oft nicht, kannst du da vlt mal was zu sagen, da du dich da ja auskennst? Hallo, zwar beschäftige ich mich oft und gerne mit der Category:Cultural heritage monuments in ..., aber ich bin da kein "Kenner". Zur Orientierung und Kategorisierung nutze ich (so wie Du wahrschlich auch) die vielen "Listen der Baudenkmale in xyz" auf Wiki oder aber für Niedersachsen den Denkmalviewer des Denkmalatlasses Niedersachsen. Letzteres war ein Tipp von user:Dehio, siehe Betr. Gleichen weiter oben auf der Diskussionsseite. Was die Denkmalpfleger dazu bringt das eine Kriegerdenkmal als Baudenkmal auszuweisen und das andere nicht, da bin ich überfragt 😊 Grüße, Nemracc (talk) 17:10, 7 January 2024 (UTC)
