Monument aux morts

Bonjour, il n'y a pas de liberté de panorama en france, donc les photos de statues sont des oeuvres dérivées de cette statue, et le droit d'auteur de leur sculpteur doit être pris en compte. Si ce sculpteur, ou le possesseur des droits de propriété intellectuelle, est mort depuis plus de 70 ans, alors cette oeuvre est dans le domaine publique et il n'y a pas de problème (encore qu'il faut quand même dans ce cas indiquer le nom de l'auteur). Sinon, ces photos risquent grandement d'être supprimées de commons... --Lilyu (talk) 08:18, 26 July 2011 (UTC)

Salut, Toutes les statues ont été réalisées il y a plus de 70 ans. Généralement, il n'y a pas d'auteur. Par contre, quand il y en a, je le mentionne bien évidemment (Cf: http://ps1.free.fr/Monuments-aux-Morts/picture.php?/1094/category/8) Philweb (talk) 11:02, 26 July 2011 (UTC)

Tu veux dire qu'il n'y a pas d'auteur connu, ou pas connu de toi ? La réalisation il y a plus de 70 ans ne vaut que si le nom du sculpteur est inconnu... et j'entends par là que l’œuvre a été installée sans que personne ne sache qui était l'auteur (j'en doute). Le fait que ce ne soit pas indiqué sur le monument ne signifie pas que l'auteur est inconnu, il est peut être mentionné sur un bon de commande dans de vieilles archives, dans des journaux de l'époque etc. Tu es sûr que File:Monument aux Morts - St Urbain-29 2.jpg a plus de 70 ans ? Peux tu fournir la date de construction des différentes stèles ?

Il est préférable que tu importes sur commons les photos de monuments dont tu connais l'auteur, sa date de mort, et la date de "publication" de l’œuvre. En l'état, la description des images que tu as uploadé est trop lacunaire pour permettre de déterminer que l’œuvre photographié est réellement "libre" ou pas.--Lilyu (talk) 11:41, 26 July 2011 (UTC)

Je dis pas ça pour t'embêter, c'est juste que photographier des oeuvres d'art ou monuments en France est hyper problématique en raison de l'aspect très restrictif du code sur la propriété intellectuelle, et que les recommandations de commons requièrent une claire identification du statut de copyright d'une oeuvre.--Lilyu (talk) 11:46, 26 July 2011 (UTC)

Mais c'est vrai que quand on voit la quantité de photos qu'il y a dans la Category:War_memorials on ne pense pas que cela puisse poser problème de les importer. Comme celle-ci. Rien à voir avec être une sculpture ou pas... c'est plutôt une question de créativité, et c'est un sujet plutôt compliqué... à voir au cas par cas si l'argument "pas assez original pour ouvrir à des droits d'auteur" peut suffire. --Lilyu (talk) 22:01, 31 July 2011 (UTC)

D'accord je comprends que la créativité doit être prise en compte mais je reviens sur mes croix et autres obélisques des monuments aux morts. écoute, j'ai été sympa, je t'ai averti en français d'un possible problème concernant un nombre important de tes photos, je t'ai fournit un lien vers la page de recommandation de Commons sur la liberté de panorama, et je n'ai pas proposé tes photos à la suppression. Maintenant tu es averti et informé, et il y a une chance élevée qu'un jour ta page de discussion soit recouverte de dizaines d'avis de suppressions pour travail dérivé de matériel sous protection du droit d'auteur. Tip: Add categories to your files

Thanks a lot for contributing to the Wikimedia Commons! Here's a tip to make your uploads more useful: Why not add some categories to describe them? This will help more people to find and use them.

Here's how:

1) If you're using the UploadWizard, you can add categories to each file when you describe it. Just click "more options" for the file and add the categories which make sense:

2) You can also pick the file from your list of uploads, edit the file description page, and manually add the category code at the end of the page.

[[Category:Category name]]

For example, if you are uploading a diagram showing the orbits of comets, you add the following code:

[[Category:Astronomical diagrams]]

[[Category:Comets]]

This will make the diagram show up in the categories "Astronomical diagrams" and "Comets".

When picking categories, try to choose a specific category ("Astronomical diagrams") over a generic one ("Illustrations").

Bonjour

2 de mes photos doivent être enlevée... 1) la photo "Brest2012-Philweb 231.jpg" n'a pas été prise pour le pont mais pour les bateaux du 1er plan lors de la fête nautique de Brest 2012. Je vous ferais remarquer que ce pont est au 2ème plan et donc n'est pas le sujet principal de cette photo.

2) la photo "File:Pont de Recouvrance.jpg" ne représente absolument pas le pont !!! ce n'est pas parce que le nom du fichier s'appelle Recouvrance qu'il faut forcéement l'enlever !!! Elle représente une plaque commémorative qui existait avant les travaux du tram.

Salut Fab J'ai dans l'idée de télécharger les photos que j'ai prises des monuments aux morts de 14-18 (MAM) du Finistère. Ce sont des photos qui ne posent aucun problème de copyright car j'ai écarté ceux qui ont été sculptés par des artistes pour ne garder que des obélisques, calvaires et autres portails d'église. Ma question est: que dois je mettre comme catégorie ? Il y aura la catégorie de la commune. War memorials in France War memorials in Finistère World War I memorials in Finistère

Par ailleurs, j'ai remarqué qu'une photo Fouesnant-Monument aux morts.jpg ne devait peut-être pas se trouver sur WP car le sculpteur René Quilivic est décédé en 1969. Idem pour les photos du MAM de Carhaix: Carhaix_44_Le_monument_aux_morts.jpg Idem pour les photos du MAM de Le Faou: Le Faou Monument aux morts.JPG. Le sculpteur Etienne Camus est décédé en 1955 Idem pour Monument_aux_morts_Guerlesquin_01.jpg

Sur la catégorisation, il faut être le plus précis possible. En l'occurrence, dans ce cas, Category:World War I memorials in Finistère, puisque celle-ci est incluse dans Category:War memorials in Finistère, elle-même incluse dans Category:War memorials in France. Cela évite une inflation de photos dans les catégories (si chacune des 36000 communes françaises a un MàM, la catégorie nationale serait vite victime d'embonpoint !).

Si des images violent les conditions d'utilisation ou, pire, la loi, les processus et signalement se font sur la page Commons:Demandes de suppression. Après, il faut pouvoir le justifier : il est souvent bien difficile de connaître l'architecte/sculpteur de ces monuments et, plus encore, leurs dates de disparition. • Super et merci, cela fonctionne... comme tu as du le remarquer sur le site de Lille, il me faut renseigner les décorations et les noms des morts sur chaque mam. Donc, en général, je prends les photos sous plusieurs angles ainsi que les listes de morts. Est il possible de classer tes photos par département et ensuite par nom? je pourrais ainsi visualiser les photos qui me permettent de remplir mes fiches avec photo générale, photo des inscriptions, photo des morts et photo de détail. Pour l'instant, je reprends les photos par département en vérifiant si les mam sont (ou non) dans la base de Lille
  • Tu peux changer la cat in the petscan, et choisir sur le menu output puis sort cocher title, par exemple pour l'Aisne par alphabet ; pour les Ardennes par alphabet. --Havang(nl) (talk) 17:58, 9 August 2019 (UTC)

Depuis 2012, lancement du fr:Projet:Illustration des communes françaises par @Gzen92: et moi, j'ai par préférence photographié dans des communes qui n'avaient pas encore des photos, et je faisais toujours attention à photographier les Monuments aux morts, mais pas toujours avec les détails que tu souhaites.   • Pour le petscan, il faudra rafraichir par bouton keyboard F5, ne pas copier les categories mais les fraichement taper à la main, et rafraichir chaque case voulu. Je t'enverrai un mail avec déjà des liens petscan préparés pour quelques départements. Si dans les categories il y a des anomalies (inversion dans l'arborescence de parentcategorie et de subcategorie) le petscan peut donner des images hors propos. Superbe ! Pour l'instant, il va falloir que je retrouve sur quelle commune du Mussidanais de l'avais photographié et quand. Ensuite, ce sera au petit bonheur la chance pour trouver d'autres occurrences car mon ancien système de traitement de photos (géré par windows vista) où j'avais tout classé par mots-clés (Dorillac Daniel) a été perdu lorsque mon ancien micro a été remplacé par un nouveau avec Windows 10 qui ne connait pas les mots-clés mais fonctionne avec des catégories, qu'il me faut reconstituer (petit à petit) sur plusieurs dizaines de milliers de photos. Bonjour Philweb. Tu dis avoir apparemment fini la Dordogne pour les catégories de commons. Sur la commune de Pressignac-Vicq, ton site ne mentionne aucun monument aux morts. Or, ma photo de 2014 semble donc t'avoir échappé alors qu'elle était bien catégorisée dans la Category:War memorials in Dordogne, avec trois autres photos du même village (stèle du champ de martyrs de 1944 + coq du monument aux morts + monument paroissial). Salut, Effectivement je ne l'avais pas remarquée car elle est un peu sombre mais on peut lire les noms ce qui est pour moi important. Donc, je vais la télécharger. Pourquoi tu ne la mets pas dans la catégorie de la ville puisque tu as 2 photos ? Pour info, pour l'instant, je me cantonne à 14/18 puisque les mam ont été construits généralement dans les années 20. Ton lien sur la base de Lille n'est pas le bon. Il faut aller sur l'onglet "monument" et utiliser le module de recherche. conflit d'édition. Je ne crée des catégories pour les monuments aux morts que depuis quelques années, donc il y en a plein en vrac en bas de page.

Idem pour Meyrals alors qu'il existe cette photo sur la même page commons. Je m'étais noté sur un document que Daniel Dorillac était le sculpteur sur ces deux communes. Ce bulletin de la Société historique et archéologique du Périgord le confirme pour Pressignac (page 117). L'ensemble du chapitre (pages 108 à 121) concerne les monuments aux morts du canton de Lalinde et tu pourrais y trouver des descriptions et des photos intéressantes. Pour Meyrals, un panneau à côté du monument aux morts indique que Dorillac l'a fait et que le monument a été érigé en 1936. J'ai transféré la photo de Meyrals dans la Category:War memorial of Meyrals que je viens de créer en y ajoutant deux autres photos. Père Igor (talk) 16:39, 14 August 2019 (UTC)

Je ne vois pas quel lien vers quelle commune ne serait pas le bon : les 4 photos de Pressignac sont reliées à Pressignac-Vicq, ou à son église pour le monument paroissial. Généralement, il y a toujours des ornementations sur les différentes faces ou à ses pieds. Bonjour Philweb. Je continue de mettre à jour les monuments aux morts que j'avais laissés de côté. Aujourd'hui, je te propose le Poilu mourant de Jules Déchin à Saint-Just (Dordogne) : Category:War memorial of Saint-Just (Dordogne) (photos prises il y a huit ans). Question d'ordre général : est-ce que je continue à te prévenir en ouvrant à chaque fois une nouvelle section sur ta page de discussion, ou préfères-tu que je regroupe un certain nombre de monuments aux morts et que je t'envoie ça tous les 15 jours ou tous les mois, ou autre ? En bas de liste, il doit s'agir de LAGRANGE R au lieu de LAGRANGER R mais je me demande si par hasard les deux derniers noms (avec POINTEAU M) ne concerneraient pas 1939-1945, car il y a une séparation marquée par rapport aux noms précédents (qu'on voit nettement sur cette photo). Eyzerac, Dordogne

Sur la commune d'Eyzerac, les informations de ton site sont incomplètes : au verso du monument sont gravés les noms des morts de 1939-1945, ainsi que la croix de guerre et la représentation de deux médailles. La secrétaire de mairie d'Eyzerac m'a confirmé que deux d'entre eux, FOUCAUD J et GOLFIER J, sont bien morts pour la France lors de la Première Guerre mondiale. Creyssac, Dordogne

Rebonjour. Tu n'as apparemment rien concernant Creyssac. Je viens de créer la Category:War memorial of Creyssac, avec une bizarrerie, une petite plaque sur laquelle est indiquée « Sicaire Eugène Grand de Luxolière de Bellussière né le 30 mai 1802 mort le 18 janvier 1892 ». J'émets l'hypothèse que la commune, ayant peu de moyens, a transformé cette sépulture en monument aux morts. Père Igor (talk) 13:44, 28 August 2019 (UTC)

Marsac-sur-l'Isle

Pour Marsac-sur-l'Isle, ton site connait déjà le monument aux morts. Il n'est pas sur rue ou route mais juste à côté de l'hôtel de ville (entre celui-ci et le parking situé à l'est). J'ai créé la Category:War memorial of Marsac-sur-l'Isle. Au verso figure un bas-relief représentant le V de la victoire et la croix de Lorraine (cette représentation particulière a-t-elle un nom ? ).

Par rapport aux morts de 1914-1918, il y aurait quelques noms à rectifier :

• le deuxième ROUSSELET (sans prénom) est ROUSSELET J.
• CLUNEL R. est en fait CLUNEL F.
• pour LAVAUD C., j'ai un doute avec LAVAUD G. (tu fais ce que tu veux)
• VEYL H. est en fait VEYRI H.
• BOISSAVY C. me parait être BOISSAVY G. (comparer la forme avec le G de CHASSAING en bas du livre)
• FAURE P. est en fait FAURE R.
• les prénoms sont indiqués par l'initiale suivie d'un point mais bizarrement, chaque nom propre est également suivi d'un point.

Houla si tu rentres dans la typographie... on n'est pas couché ! Mais je vais faire les modifs sur les noms. Tu comprends pourquoi il faut une bonne définition pour les photos de listes. Pour le V et la croix, je n'ai pas de nom particulier. Je prends surtout le nom de la croix de Lorraine. Il faut savoir qu'à la base nous devions faire l'inventaire des mam de 14/18. Neuvic, Dordogne

Un autre monument aux morts que j'ai photographié dimanche dernier : celui de Neuvic (sur ton site) sous la Category:War memorial of Neuvic (Dordogne).

Au niveau de la description, il manque la précision du drapeau tenu dans la main gauche et dans sa main droite, il me semble que ce ne sont pas des palmes mais une couronne de laurier.

Pour les inscriptions, le mot PATRIE figure en haut de la face principale du monument.

Au-dessus de cette inscription figurent les morts de 1870-1871 :

• pour information, dans les morts liés à la Résistance en 39-45, la mention Pont LASVEYRAT correspond à ce pont de Payzac sur l'Auvézère, où les Allemands ont tué au proche moulin de la Papeterie (nom figurant sur les cartes IGN) 34 résistants le 16 février 1944 (voir cette catégorie sur la commune de Beyssenac). Je suppose que les cinq noms qui suivent cette mention et que l'on retrouve dans la liste des 34 étaient originaires de Lanouaille. Le sixième nom LAVAUD R. est séparé des cinq précédents par une ligne : je suppose donc qu'il s'agit aussi d'un résistant mais mort lors d'un autre fait
• photos des noms de l'architecte CHABROL et du sculpteur HONORAT.

Les photos de la base de Lille sont déjà en CC-BY-SA - J'ai ajouté wikipédia derrière ton nom car cela permet 1° de rechercher les photos sur commons et 2° de préciser que les auteurs (en général des noms d'utilisateur un peu bizarre) proviennent de wikipédia (commons est inconnu du public !) - Voili voilà. Antonne-et-Trigonant

Bonjour Philweb. Ce n'est pas parce qu'un monument aux morts se trouve au bord d'une nationale avec possibilité de se garer juste à côté que tu as déjà les informations. Je te présente donc la category:War memorial of Antonne-et-Trigonant, en bordure de la route nationale 21, juste devant la mairie. Compte tenu de la qualité du calcaire, deux faces sur trois ont été fortement endommagées par les intempéries, et la troisième un peu. Heureusement, des plaques ont été récemment ajoutées pour reprendre tout ça, lors de l'appel des morts.

Détail : le médaillon représentant Louis Munat correspond à Louis Murat, aussi bien sur le monument que sur l'appel des morts.

Parmi les morts de 14-18, je vois deux différences entre les anciens noms gravés et ceux des plaques : BAREYROU CAMILLE au lieu de BABEYROU Camille et l'oubli en bas de la face principale du monument de LALET GEORGES.

Les 13 noms du 12 juin 1944 qui se retrouvent ici et là correspondent aux otages fusillés au lieu-dit les Piles dont tu trouveras la stèle érigée sur place sur cette photo (45.252209°N 0.811515°E / 45.252209; 0.811515), le long de la route départementale 8, sur la même commune d'Antonne-et-Trigonant. Rudeau-Ladosse

Bonjour Philweb. Tu n'as pour l'instant aucun monument pour la commune de Rudeau-Ladosse. Cette commune s'appelait Ladosse avant d'être renommée en 1950 mais le monument aux morts se situe bien dans le cimetière de Rudeau, et non celui de Ladosse. Compte tenu de la végétation envahissante, j'ai été obligé de faire 4 photos de la même plaque pour avoir tous les noms ; voir Category:War memorial of Ladosse.

Rudeau 45.481°N 0.550°E / 45.481; 0.550 est le bourg principal avec mairie, chapelle et ancienne école. Ladosse 45.486°N 0.504°E / 45.486; 0.504 est un petit village d'une vingtaine de bâtiments, trois kilomètres et demi plus à l'ouest. J'ai pris les photos à l'entrée du cimetière de Rudeau mais je ne suis pas allé voir le petit cimetière de Ladosse. Si je passe à nouveau dans le coin, j'essaierais de résoudre ce cas. J'ai relevé plusieurs erreurs ;
en 1914-1918, il faut lire :

• DUFIEU Hippolyte au lieu de DUFLEU Hippolyte
  
• VERNIERES Joseph - caporal au lieu de capitaine
  
• GAUBERT Henri - caporal au lieu de capitaine
  

Deux onglets portent la mention de la guerre d'Indochine. Le premier correspond en fait à 1939-1945.

Pour information, j'ai une page Commons qui recense les monuments aux morts du département de l'Ain : Chabe01/France/01/War memorials. Par contre, je n'ai mis que les monuments principaux pour chaque commune. Pour Chevilly-Larue, les photos qui représentent la plaque "Congrégation du Saint-Esprit" ont été ajoutés dans Séminaire des Missions. Enfin, je te remercie du lien que tu m'as envoyé. J'ai fini de télécharger tes photos. La région parisienne m'a donné du boulot pour taper parfois 500 à 600 noms...!!! Mais, c'est dans la base. On est obligé de retaper les noms des morts pour savoir comment ils sont orthographiés, savoir qui a été rajouté, savoir quels renseignements sont notés sur le mam, etc.

Pour voir les communes qui n'ont pas de photos, j'utilise assez souvent au niveau de la recherche, au lieu du module "liste", le module "carte" (recherche/France/Ain) car en zoomant suffisamment les communes sans mam sont identifiables car elles n'ont pas le logo de la base de données ; et surtout, cela permet de les localiser sur la carte (alors que ce n'est pas évident avec la liste !): https://monumentsmorts.univ-lille.fr/cartographie/?pays=1&departement=Ain&type_search=simple_search - Cordialement --Philweb (talk) 07:43, 1 November 2019 (UTC)

Pour la commune principale, je viens de créer la Category:War memorial of Mareuil (Dordogne), avec tout plein de noms, et la signature du sculpteur R. Cependant, pour 1914-1918, il y a quelques anomalies :

• il manque un soldat L. GAYOT (après M. GAYOT et un autre L. GAYOT). Au total, ça fait trois L. GAYOT pour la commune ;
• il manque également F. MATHIEU (après P. MASSALOUX) ;
• il faudrait remplacer J? PATAUD par J. PATAUD ;
• l'ordre alphabétique serait plus logique si la 2^e partie (commençant par AUBISSE) était mise en premier.

Pour 1939-1945, remplacer BALLAFEAS Jean par BALLAGEAS Jean.

Rebonjour. En Vendée, pour Aizenay, ton site connait le monument aux morts mais n'a absolument pas listé les soldats morts pour la France. J'espère qu'avec la Category:War memorial of Aizenay, vous pourrez l'établir (200 morts en 14-18 et 22 en 39-45). Juste une petite observation : il y a une faute de syntaxe sur l'inscription générale : ce n'est pas LA COMMUNE D'AIZENAY qui est gravé mais LA COMMUNE DE AIZENAY.

Il faut que tu saches que c'est moi qui fait les modifs mais c'est un autre admin qui met en ligne les départements qui ne sont pas situés dans le grand ouest de la France dont je suis l'administrateur. Bonjour Philweb. Certes ton site connait deux monuments aux morts d'Allassac (au bourg et dans l'église) mais ils n'ont pas été exploités faute de photos précises.

Sur ce site, tu verras des informations concernant le déplacement du monument aux morts principal dans les années 1990, ainsi que sur le troisième monument, au cimetière.

J'ai créé la Category:War memorials of Allassac avec les trois sous-catégories. Je ne remplirais celle de l'église qu'après avoir décrypté les noms des soldats car j'ai été obligé de faire de nombreuses photos et les noms ne sont pas aisés à comprendre. Je t'avertirais quand elle sera prête.

En attendant, tu as le monument du cimetière Category:War memorial of Allassac cemetery, minimaliste, à côté du carré militaire, et le monument principal Category:War memorial of Allassac où tu vas pouvoir iniquer les soldats des deux guerres mondiales. Merci pour ta liste, beau travail de patience... Pour ton info, notre site de Lille ne récupère que les noms qui sont physiquement sur le monument, dans le même ordre et à l'identique. Cela permet aux historiens de suivre l'évolution du monument (par ex, connaître les noms qui ont été rajoutés après l'inauguration...). Tu remarqueras que le site de genweb propose des noms par ordre alphabétique avec parfois des incertitudes et même des coquilles. Ceci dit, je ne comprends pas où tu as trouvé les noms par lieux ? Pour la plaque de l'église, une seule erreur sur les inscriptions : il ne s'agit pas des communes mais des villages et lieux-dits de la commune d'Allassac.

En regardant la photo du haut, je m'aperçois qu'il y a deux plaques pour 1914-1918, une de chaque côté de l'autel. Sur cette photo, tu verras en bas une autre inscription (que celle que tu as déjà) : « C'est une sainte et salutaire pensée de prier pour les Morts. II Macc. XII ». Les noms sur la photo de cette plaque sont à peu près déchiffrables mais il te manquera la deuxième plaque. Dis-moi si tu veux que je la décrypte. Cordialement. • au niveau de la deuxième inscription : « C'est une sainte et salutaire pensée de prier pour les Morts. II Macc. », il manque « XII. » à la fin. Par ailleurs, je pense que cette phrase devrait être écrite en italique, comme celle du Président Poincaré.
• dans la 3^e colonne, PICAUD Marcel est en fait PICAUD Jean
• en dernière colonne, après VERNAUDON Raoul, VERNAUDON Fernand a été oublié
• tout à la fin de cette dernière colonne, il faut ajouter un « s » à Zve (pour Zouaves).

Les noms des soldats morts sont corrects. Par ailleurs, au niveau des inscriptions :

• il manque la mention « le grand sacrifice » qu'on voit sous le bas-relief ;
• à gauche le mot PATRIE est en majuscules, pour faire le pendant à AMES à droite ;
• Champ d'Honneur est au singulier.
