Peço-lhe que, caso seja o detentor do copyright das fotos disponíveis no site, que envie uma permissão conforme descrito em Commons:OTRS. Fotos publicadas em sites de internet, quando sem indicação de licença, consideram-se protegidas por copyright e não podem estar no Commons sem haver uma permissão do seu autor para publicação sob uma licença livre. Caro Sérgio, obrigada pela sua resposta. Vou explicar-lhe mais pormenorizadamente a situação.

As imagens que se encontram no seu website pessoal têm direitos de autor. Estes pertencem ou a si ou ao fotógrafo. Se não foi você quem fez as fotografias, pode ter tido autorização implícita ou explícita para publicar as fotos no seu website, ou talvez tenha sido um trabalho por contrato (por um fotógrafo profissional, por exemplo). Em qualquer dos casos, as fotos têm direitos de autor e o seu website não explicita que as fotos (ou aliás o conteúdo do site) se encontra sob alguma licença livre aceite no Commons, por exemplo sob a GFDL ou uma licença Creative Commons CC-By ou CC-by-SA (veja em Commons:Licenciamento quais as licenças aceites).

Se você é o detentor dos direitos das fotos, é muito simples resolver a questão. Basta enviar um e-mail para permissions-pt@wikimedia.org (existe o permissions-commons, mas o pt é mais rápido por tratar exclusivamente de assuntos lusófonos), como descrito em Commons:OTRS/pt com um texto do tipo que se encontra nesta página, usando um e-mail que permita identificá-lo como ligado a esse website. O sistema é totalmente confidencial. Eu própria sou voluntária no sistema OTRS, até pode ser que seja eu a tratar do assunto :).

Lamento que este procedimento pareça trabalhoso, mas o que queremos evitar aqui é que haja problemas de violações de direitos de autor. No fundo, é uma garantia para si. Imagine que você não era o Sergio Villasboas mas sim alguém que se fazia passar pelo Sergio Villasboas e andava a usar material do site sem a sua autorização...

Entretanto, vou restaurar a imagem e colocar uma nota que espera um ticket do OTRS (ou seja, a sua autorização formal).

Quanto à sua página na Wikipédia, não sei o que se passou mas posso dar uma olhada no assunto mais tarde hoje.
