    • Geocoding is a requirement, when relevant. It is my opinion that geocoding in this instance is not relevant.     • To quote the guideline (my bold emphasis): "All images are expected to be geocoded unless it would not be appropriate to do so. This is not a place-related shot, it is related only to King Jigme Khesar Namgyel Wangchuck. Does it matter if he is sitting somewhere in Bhutan? Mozambique? Antartica? Or even the Moon. Where he is, is not part of the photo subject, nor is it part of the scope of the category of which this is a valued photo. That's quite possible too, the colours might vary a bit in the photograph. I'll see if I can find out more about it. Hi, a quick Google search gave some results. While it is not sourced, a comment on this blog says: The Ordinary is entitled to wear the purple cassock on account of his juridiction. He is now entitled to wear it because of his rank, also. The Prelates of Honour may also make use of the purple cassock as choir dress alone, on certain occasions.
