Hola de nuevo gracias por la información te comento que aunque el camarón en cuestión es un poco común no es endémico presumo que se trata de Macrobrachium faustinum, especie común en el nororiente del país y en las antilla y golfo de México pero necesito confirmar la identificación soy nueva identificando estos bichos, pero mi hermana trabaja con estos bichos así que ya le envíe la foto para que me corrobore o me diga que esto más pelada que rodilla de chivo jejejeje aunque no creo no es tan difícil la identificación de esto animalitos en cuanto tenga la confirmación le coloco el nombre en la foto --Veronidae (talk) 13:18, 27 September 2012 (UTC)

Supresión retratos políticos

Hola, he visto tus propuestas de borrado rápido de varios retratos realizados por Gerardpla. Estoy participando en el proyecto wikiArS para que las escuelas de arte contribuyan a Wikipedia y estube siguiendo el grupo de estudiantes de Llotja entre el que está Gerard. Realmente se me había pasado que sus retratos estuvieran tan basados en fotos concretas. Estuvimos pidiendo que se rehicieran retratos porqué podía haber dudas de ser obra derivada a otros estudiantes, pero no en el caso de Gerard. Tienes razón que existe la duda de si es obra derivada. Pero creo que necesitaría de un debate sosegado con una propuesta de borrado, pero no de borrado rápido. Con los enlaces que has puesto se hace evidente que a pesar de manejar varias fotos Gerard se basó concretamente en determinadas fotos para hacer los retratos (algo que intentamos evitar y en lo que claramente insistiremos aún más a partir de ahora). Pero hay elementos que creo que permiten hablar de "obra propia", además de un tratamiento gráfico característico hay un trabajo en la exageración de aspectos del personaje. No digo que, aún así, no se pueda considerar obra derivada, pero creo que deberíamos debatirlo. Bueno me gustaría que pudieras reconsiderar lo del borrado rápido y valorar estas cosas. Gracias. Hola, estoy de acuerdo contigo en que los derechos deben ser respetados para no comprometer el proyecto Commons/Wikipedia. Pero las imágenes ya han sido borradas. No sé dónde debería poner los comentarios que dices. Le había pedido al autor que interviniera y me habría gustado que interviniera otra gente, para que este caso nos ayudara a hacer mejor trabajos futuros. Para eso hacía falta algo de tiempo. Tendré en cuenta la posibilidad de subir antes a Flickr y de consultar en Commons:Village pump/Copyright (que no conocía, gracias). Pero lo que estamos intentando es que no vuelva a pasar algo así, que los estudiantes de este curso hagan imágenes que no puedan ser consideradas derivadas. Hemos hablado con los profesores y lo han entendido bien. Y también lo revisaremos. Y gracias por el ofrecimiento, te tomo la palabra, te aviso en cuanto haya cosas en las que vea que podrías apoyar. Consulta

Hola, primero leí la nota que dejaste lastima lo de Miquilena, me supongo que se molesto por que ha esta etiquetando fotos y lo ha hecho es molestar a los demás ya te lo había señalado anteriormente anda con mucha prisa y de eso solo queda el cansancio. Segundo una consulta re racionada con imágenes de tarjetas telefónicas, monedas y estampillas no es aplicable el mismo caso de las botellas de refrescos y otros productos son objetos públicos y por la general se ve vidriera y por todas partes y perfectamente fotografiables, realice una prueba hace tiempo subiendo unas y las fusilaron y cero explicación. En el caso monedas venezolanas pienso que su gran mayoría se pueden subir ya que sus, diseñadores, cospeleros y troqueladores son petróleo desde hace tiempo mas de 120 años solo tendría alguna reserva sobre losa últimos diseños sobre los cuales estoy averiguando porque entiendo que están liberados de derecho, lo mismo creo para las estampillas has la década el 20 siglo XX.--Veronidae (talk) 23:24, 22 October 2012 (UTC)

Hola de nuevo tranquilo solo consultaba por si sabias ya que tiene mas tiempo en este negocio, pienso que se suprime mucho material por desconocimiento (ojo no acuoso a nadie es normal todos somos colaboradores y no hay porque saberlas todas). En cuanto a las monedas venezolanas entiendo que ha sido costumbre que con cada ley de moneda que se establece las anteriores quedan en derecho libre así que en teoría pueden ser fotografiadas sin problema de hecho en otros sitios tengo cualquier cantidad de fotos de ellas y hasta el día de hoy no he tenido ningún problema ni he sabido que otros los tengan de todas formas en cuanto tenga chance de pisar el país comprare la actual ley de moneda nacional allí están lo derechos que se reserva el estado.

Sin embargo el principio general entorno a ellas el casi global esta asociado creo que con la convención de Berna. Hola en relación con la plantilla me parece que desde el punto técnico esta bien pero en la parte legal consultare no soy abogada tampoco, así que creo no esta mal preguntar, por la parte de la categorización si vez algo raro me pegas un grito lo que he tratado es de descongestionar las mega categorías donde había unos mezclotes de cuanta cosa Dios creo :) en lo que respecta a la fotos que he subido ya te dije ante que no soy fotógrafa en realidad soy medio gatillo alegre de hecho normalmente las fotos me las hacen a mi so modelo de alta pasarela además de piloto aéreo de prueba, en cuanto a los datos de las cámaras por lo general los megadatos han cargado menos de las que de las que había subido a mi FB y al bajarlas de nuevo me di cuenta que pierden esa infamación tendré que hacer memoria de algunas de ella por fueros tomadas con varios de los celulares que he tenido y de algunos ya no recuerdo sus datos luego están otras por ejemplo las de USA que las tomamos con la cámara de mi hermana que fueron tomadas una Sony-Leica no se que modelo pero esa las puedo averiguar.--Veronidae (talk) 02:36, 27 October 2012 (UTC)

At first I continous the talk here. I use FF last version (16.01). It's very hard for me to describe the problem, because I tried to use the QI procedure the first time, because I don't understand the complete procedure not well through my bad english. I tried it only, because a QU from a friend is in this list ;-) (the foto from User:Ailura) This is the cause for my request of revert my QU-review. Hola Wilfredin ahora es que vengo leyendo con calma tu ultimo mensaje me salio un trabajo inesperado en Tailandia y pare lo que venia haciendo acá en commons aunque ya hoy retome un poco el paso de nuevo. Si tiene razón Miquilena se volvió loco cargado fotos en categorías generales como Maracaibo y Caracas en esta ultima me dio un trabajo enorme categorizar las casi 200 fotos que cargo; sobre algunas volveré pronto pienso que se puede ubicar mejor. En cuanto a lo que hablas de la página de categoría no se si te entiendo bien creo que te refieres a estos archivos, estoy plenamente de acuerdo contigo solo deben estar las mejores fotos y las mas representativas de tema, de estar alguna foto de no muy buena calidad debería ser solo en el caso que se trate de algo muy importante. En cuanto a cargar una cámara es un buen consejo y es algo que siempre cargo y sino mi teléfono, el problema es que no siempre tengo tiempo para tomar fotos muchos de mi viajes son de trabajo y ando con el tiempo justo y en otros caso tomo es fotos de la pandilla y amigos como esta que subí para colocarlas en mis páginas de los 25 proyecto de la fundación Wikipedia donde he colaboro o he colaborado, no subo ese tipo de foto por que me parece fuera del proyecto de ese tipo tengo de los mas de 70 países donde me ha salido trabajo. De nuevo te pregunto en cual foto crees que esta mal autor es posible que pueda hacer un error. Seguimos en contacto ahorita voy esta un rato por acá posiblemente suba unas imágenes de periódicos venezolanos de siglo XIX y otra cositas de ese estilo ;) --Veronidae (talk) 00:49, 3 November 2012 (UTC)
