Colonnade Row, at 428-434 Lafayette Street in lower Manhattan, New York City, near Astor Place, also known as LaGrange Terrace, built in 1832-1833 and attributed to Seth Greer, was originally nine house, five of which at the south end were demolished. The houses were homes to members of the Delano, Astor and Vanderbilt families. The Astor Place Theatre at #434 is owned by the Blue Man Group. The buildings have been a New York City landmark since 1965.
