Gustav Vigeland died in march 1943, so copyright is expired according to the 70 year rule. Norwegian copyright law § 24 also states that reproduction (freedom of panorama) is not allowed for commercial purposes: >>Works of art and photographic works may also be depicted when they are permanently located in or near a public place or thoroughfare. However, this shall not apply when the work is clearly the main motif and the reproduction is exploited commercially. Numerous previously deleted files have now been restored, since it is more than 70 years since Vigeland died. Most of them can be found in Category:Vigelandsanlegget. - 4ing (talk) 21:47, 1 January 2014 (UTC)
