  • If you look at "Location" on the file page where it says: "Location= Börnste < Kirchspiel < Dülmen < Coesfeld < Münster Government Region < North Rhine-Westphalia < Germany < Europe", it might give you a clue. ;-) --Cart (talk) 13:28, 28 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
  • XRay, some of your contrejours are really great when the light is well managed. Unfortunately here the sky is unmistakably cooked. Full white, no texture, burnt. Maybe some frames were missing in your HDRI work. Moreover, several parts of the tree are red or reddish, especially around these blown highlights. Red is not the natural color of this trunk, thus color alteration. In addition to these critics, I want to say that I find the DoF rather low, because you were close to the tree, and thus the background is blurry, in addition to be cooked. Sorry -- Basile Morin (talk) 12:54, 1 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]
  • It was an interesting afternoon with special light conditions. The background, the sky, is (or was) real. The HDRI technique was used the improve the tree itself. The tree would be very dark. But I'll have a look to the unnatural colors. --XRay 💬 13:06, 1 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]
  • Perhaps a nice afternoon, but 3:50 pm, according to the metadata, is too early in my opinion to shoot against the sun. Nevertheless, if the speed of your camera is fast enough, you can get a sky without white parts, as far as I know, and branches that are not reddish. The HDRI process after, just consists in adjusting the light between your most exposed frame and the less exposed one, doesn't it? -- Basile Morin (talk) 13:20, 1 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]
  • For a image taken as HDRI the edges are always a little bit difficult. With the light of the sun the edges of the branches are a little bit overexposed. I'll try to take another shot in the future. And: Afternoon, yes. Just a little bit more than an hour to sunset. I'll try to take the next shot just before sunset. (And a lower position to reduce the visible part of the path.) First, I'll try to fix the current problems with another HDRI tool. --XRay 💬 13:34, 1 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]
  • You're right. Again: Minor improvements, QI yes, but another shot could be a good FPC. (And this photograph is still better than the version before. So it's an improvement.) --XRay 💬 14:15, 1 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]
  • Yes. I made the dark parts at the raw a little bit brighter. I think it's the result. I can improve the leaves, other parts will loose. The solution is IMO to take another shot within the next months. --XRay 💬 14:38, 1 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]
