Thank you for the comment ikan kekek, hover fly are roughly 1 to 2 cm in width and the area of its compound eyes are nearly 1 to 2 mms so in this super macro image i can only guess that it may be some dust particles or pollen or a small water particles stuck from the rain or dew drops or the white color may be the reflection of my flash in the dew or rain drop in the compound eyes Prasan Shrestha (talk) 13:56, 21 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
