Comment To be honest, I don't much like the red light either. It works better with File:Mount Stuart House chapel lantern 2018-08-25.jpg. There's an explanation for the red glass in the lantern here. The house & chapel is advertised as a great wedding venue, but I think you'd need to be careful about the time-of-day you got married, to avoid some red glow on the wedding dress giving all the wrong message. There are plenty positive meanings for red in Christianity (Christ's blood, the fire of Pentecost) and here it is certainly intended here to symbolise a holy light from above. But if a photo appears to show a hellish red flame from below, it might not be so suitable for a marriage. -- Colin (talk)
