  •   Comment I am not a fan of 100% rectilinear projections. In this case like many others, the impression arises that the top of the tower is wider than the base, which most probably isn't the case. In my opinion, pictures in Wikipedia should accurately represent the actual geometry of a building.--Hendric Stattmann (talk) 10:09, 16 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]
  • Thank you for the comment. In reality the top is exactly the same width as the base, and the picture shows the same, so there's no vertical distortion. Think of the rectilinear projection as a fancy way of saying "perspective correction", as used in countless featured architecture pictures here on Commons.
