Hello. Some of the invertebrate images you uploaded recently were in wnted categories with non-existent names in Wikidata so I created them under Category:Invertebrates. Please check and improve. 2 (talk) 06:58, 3 September 2019 (UTC)

2: Hello, yes I already noticed your help, thanks you. I checks all the files before to remove them from there, and I already improve the categories you created when it is needed. In almost cases, when there is no entries in Wikidata, it is because the taxon name used by the Yale museum is an older form (a synonym) that is not anymore used, in such cases I do some research on internet to find the good name. Much more rarely in some cases it is the entries that is lacking in Wikidata. When I see a category created by you for a name that is not anymore used, I usually move the files to a new category with the appropriate name and I put a redirect on the former. If you don't find some names in Wikidata, then you can abstain to create those categories, and I will find the appropriate names/categories when I check the files in Category:Invertebrate Zoology Division, Yale Peabody Museum (to be sorted out). Hello Christian Ferrer, can you please delete the two old (previous) versions of this file? I have uploaded this file today, but there were some SVG rendering errors I corrected by uploading a newer version, so the two old versions can get deleted! Thanks in advance, Chem Sim 2001 (disc) 17:11, 8 September 2019 (UTC)

Wiki Loves Monuments France 2019Edit

Structured Data - computer-aided taggingEdit

The development team is starting work on one of the last planned features for SDC v1.0, a lightweight tool to suggest depicts tags for images. I've published a project page for it, please have a look. I plan to share this page with everyone on Commons much more broadly in the coming days. The tool has been carefully designed to try to not increase any workload on Commons volunteers; for starters, it will be opt-in for auto-confirmed users only and will not generate any sort of backlog here on Commons. Additionally, the tool is highly privacy-minded for the contributors and publicly-minded for the third party being used, in this case Google. The implementation and usage notes contain more information about these and other potential concerns as a starting place. It's really important that the tool is implemented properly from the start, so feedback is welcome. Questions, comments, concerns are welcome on the talk page and I will get answers as quickly as possible as things come up. On the talk page you can also sign up to make sure you're a part of the feedback for designs and prototype testing. -- Keegan (WMF) (talk) 17:57, 17 September 2019 (UTC)
