Just don't pixel-peep too hard, as there is grain throughout and few fine details at full size. But fine details are not what this photo is about. It's about the way the dawn lights the scene and about the overall form on the picture frame. Unfortunately this seems to be one of those "spectacular but extremely poor quality" pictures that you can't stop admiring, while at the same time you can't help but keep banging your head on the desk...
