Comment It’s a pity that I can’t understand the Estonian description, but from the short English description I infer this could be a public bookcase. @Kruusamägi: is this actually a public bookcase? Comment Yes, that is a public bookcase next to the Tallinn City Wall. I previously wrote an English description to it, but struggled to think up on how something like this should be called, and that is why I only mentioned that this is book case in Tallinn Old Town.
