- Support Funny, I never really thought about this as a potential FP candidate – thanks for nominating! --El Grafo (talk) 08:55, 22 January 2016 (UTC) I love those Takumars. The de-yellowed one works great on digital and the other one can be quite useful for B&W film shots…

- Support There are a lot of dust spots - on the lenses ;-) --Llez (talk) 22:03, 22 January 2016 (UTC)
- Yeah, I should probably have someone perform a proper CLA on them. Some dust particles and a lot of what looks like residue from someone trying to clean them. Fortunately, that's mostly far away from the lens center. Unfortunately, that's all on the inside :-/ --El Grafo (talk) 14:35, 23 January 2016 (UTC)

- Neutral The picture is very educational and well executed, but the sharpness and resolution is only average for a studio shot. Also, there's a small amount green/magenta chromatic aberration, which is particularly noticeable here since the subject is almost completely monochrome except for the yellow lens elements. Also, I wish the two Takumars were rotated so that the words around the lens barrel line up in the same direction. In theory, studio photos of photographic equipment should be of extremely high quality since the people who take pictures of lenses are often the best equipped to do so. I'd support it on Wikipedia though, for the encyclopedic value. dllu (t,c) 22:32, 25 January 2016 (UTC)
